Outstanding tool for PAM
What do you like best about the product?
The CyberArk Identity tool has various capabilities such as managing the privileged accounts, providing secure access to resources which are using the privileged credentials, Centrally administer and monitor the security policies. Record each session along with ability to view recorded session for linux machines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly there is nothing much to dislike about CyberArk Identity but one area where they can improve is in managing the redundancy while connecting to resources. As it's a Cloud solution so at times there is slight delay in getting the response back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CyberArk Identity enables us to have control over all the Privileged accounts and also it provides us the capability to monitor each of the sessions and this inturn helps in auditing as well.
Along with that CyberArk Identity works very well to prevent the Ransomware attacks.

How has it helped my organization?
CyberArk Identity is the best PAM solution in town. Even though there are a lot of competitors of CyberArk Identity in the market, most of them do not have the market domination like CyberArk Identity.
What needs improvement?
CyberArk Identity's GUI is an area with certain shortcomings that need improvement.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using CyberArk Identity for two years. I use the solution's latest version.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
It is a very stable solution. Stability-wise, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
It is a scalable solution. Scalability-wise, I rate the solution a nine out of ten. If you scale it up too much, then the solution lags performance-wise, causing it to slow down.
My company deals with its clients, and based on my current workplace, I have seen 300 users of the solution.
There are no plans to increase the number of users.
How are customer service and support?
CyberArk Identity's technical support needs to know its own product well enough before telling others how it works. The support team should be more knowledgeable.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup of CyberArk Identity was straightforward.
The solution is deployed on the cloud.
The solution could be deployed in a week.
For the deployment process, we need to get your networking right and make sure you download the correct version of the solution, after which you can deploy the solution after ensuring that you have all the required infrastructure.
A manager and a senior engineer are required for the deployment and maintenance.
What about the implementation team?
You can do the installation with the help of an integrator or consultant. The installation can be done in-house with the help of the product's documentation.
What was our ROI?
CyberArk Identity is a good investment. Once you deploy, I would say that you can use it for a long time.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Speaking about the price, I can only say that the solution is used by all the top-tier companies worldwide. There could be some additional costs apart from the licensing costs of the solution when you want to develop connectors in CyberArk Identity.

Cyberark identity is a perfect access management solution for organisation for least access principle and to monitor privileged change activity with amazing features .
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major downsides I have found related to Cyberarc . If there are any challenge there is always support team ready to help us to solve all the problems

Monitoring privileged changes by admins is key security problem which is solved by Cyber ark .

One of the best reason why having a CyberArk Identity is one our organization was able to handle identities/user securely. It manages users password as well as monitors activity to prevent inside threats in our organization.

Most of the time when issues occurred, support team are too slow to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having CyberArk Identity helps our company to monitors users as well as the hassle of logging in to different applications. Having an CyberArk SSO and MFA is the best security that our company has.

CyberArk provides you with an easy user interface to connect with your machines. Also, it gives the environment for scalable security and RBAC. It gives you the Password, which is not easily cracked.

Integration of CyberArk with other applications would be challenging and complex, which would be difficult to manage and integrate with other complex IT operations.

Using Cyberark, we can provide access to the External team; maybe some time out of an organization, you need to give access to the Machines, in such a scenario Cyberark makes that flow smooth and easy to use.

When it comes to security the platform itself needs to be secure in a such manner that some time its downside is its best security policy,one needs to understand and accept the less time out period

Accessibility of services or servers at the same time is feasible for user and make parallel muti tasking without any delay and saves time by executing multiple tasks simultaneously

We are using it for account creation and it really helps us for easy password rotation which we do it manually before.This tool is very firm and it continues to evolve.

The initial setup and configuration is difficult but we were able to finish the migration with the help of their support team.

This tool is expensive and the documentation is not that helpful. We needed to call a support team for us to proceed.

CyberArk Identity is a very Demanded tool Due to its features like Security, and privileged access control which helps us to secure the resource access as per need only.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the security pupose tool is too good but i think they can work on their User interface part and make it frendly for user also the reporting feture should have option to make presentable reports to understand better.

CyberArk Identity is the tool provides Common plateform to monitor Identity Access for all the resouces at one place. we can also provide or remove access of users and resouces as per security needs.
