J'adore sa polyvalence et sa facilité d'utilisation. L'interface utilisateur est simple mais avancée, et a permis à nos utilisateurs de s'adapter rapidement.

Il n'y a rien que je n'aime pas chez Centrify.

La charge de travail du service d'assistance (pour les réinitialisations de mot de passe et la fourniture de comptes) et la faible productivité des affaires en raison de problèmes d'accès étaient nos plus gros problèmes. Avec Centrify, le service d'assistance reçoit désormais rarement des demandes de réinitialisation de mot de passe pour nos différents systèmes, et s'il en reçoit, elles sont dirigées vers Centrify pour une connexion unique. De plus, la fourniture de comptes dans Office 365 et Salesforce a considérablement réduit le temps nécessaire pour la fourniture de comptes. Les utilisateurs finaux bénéficient d'une connexion transparente à divers systèmes et ont beaucoup moins de mots de passe à retenir.

Un aspect surprenant est que l'installation et la configuration du logiciel ne nécessitent aucun changement de schéma dans Active Directory, ce qui reflète bien les efforts de Centrify pour rendre l'utilisation de cette technologie sûre et transparente.

Même lorsque nous avons rencontré des défis avec le produit, Centrify a été rapide à fournir des solutions de contournement ou même à ajouter des améliorations au produit pour répondre à nos besoins.

Nous utilisons DirectAccess pour contrôler l'accès à nos serveurs Unix ainsi que l'accès privilégié basé sur les rôles. Cela a considérablement réduit notre charge de travail pour le contrôle de l'accès aux serveurs et a facilité l'audit de cet accès.
