Great software that has helped make us more efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Once set up, the UI is easy to use.
AM is helpful and responsive, and knowledgeable.
Having a "single source of truth" for products is a huge advantage.

What do you dislike about the product?
Set up was time-consuming and intensive, as we tried to handle a lot of that internally.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly gives us a "single source of truth" for all our products. We can now supply our own website and multiple marketplaces with the relevant information, knowing it remains consistent. One change means all platforms are updated.
Fantastic Company to Work With!
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the system to adapt to our product composition needs. We've been able to apply our product logic into Pimberly and this has made it effortless epanding our ranges going forward and selling on multiple channels. The people are also really nice and easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to perhaps have a bit more training on the system and new features with the team. There are lots of really cool new features that we aren't fully aware of how to best utilise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where we sell on so many different channels Pimberly is able to adapt our product data to create simple feeds meaning we can upload listings and new products in a matter of minutes rather than previous hours. It's also the source of truth for all product data, streamlining our process for data collection and accuracy.
Great PIM system backed up with great service
What do you like best about the product?
Overall Pimberly is straightforward to use from a day to day user perspective. Training for standard functionality to enable self support was a quick process including some of the more complicated functionality. Implementation of the product was quick to form a base and the support from the implementation team and general customer support has allways been quick and accurate. Real "Can do" attitude from all the team at Pimberly I have spoken with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only real downside was around a development request which took longer than the internal team had preferred but even then it has now been completed and they are very happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single source of the truth to feed our manu internal systems and external websites
User friendly, intuitive system with amazing customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and customizable. Customer service is always very responsive and almost always have a quick resolution for any issues raised.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any previous dislike or issues I have, have been resolved. I dislike nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business is fast growing. As we acquire businesses, we acquire products. Pimberly is helping us put rules & requirements around our product data, which is enriching our data for customer use.

The support team at Pimberly are absolutely brilliant, fast responses and lovely to work with. The software itself is a gamechanger to the way we manage our product data and centralise information for all of the channels we sell on. The integration and workflow possibilities make Pimberly an integral part of our tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
With more connectors built to the different channels we work with this would improve our use of pimberly, the ability to export product data currently in any format based on sales channel is useful but an increase in native connectors would be hugely beneficial.

Best PIM I've used
What do you like best about the product?
The UI (when it's accurate) and the flow of updates/work is very logical and straight forward

Having to format and pick out attributes for export and import

We used Agility Magnitute AMI previously and it was terrible, now we're actually able to use the PIM as intended - product data and digital assets to run an ecommerce store
Robust PIM System
What do you like best about the product?
The system is quite simple to use, I found it quite easy to get to grips and get going once gaining access. The data sheet module is excellent and will save us a lot of time going forward. The team are approachable, friendly and supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there's anything I particularly dislike about Pimberly, the system fits our requirements as a business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage the Marketing function of our business. Through the data sheet module, we can now create data sheets on the fly. We have over 20,000 individual part codes in the system, had we manually created these using InDesign, it would be prone to human error and also take up a large amount of time. Using the data sheet module, data sheets can be generated within minutes saving months of work.
A long road to a powerful system
What do you like best about the product?
The pimberly system is a very easy to use system once your are up and running. it has completely transformed our data management process and provided a level of automation that we never had before.
The system general works how it should and has a good user interface.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep learning curve but it was overcame with alot of great support from the team.
there are intracities to using the system that add time to mundane tasks, such as the taxonomy section. you know to know ahead of time what it is that you want to do, rather than be able to change things on the fly. like ticking at a heading that you want an attribute to appear or disappear, works when creating, but when you try and do it once the product is created it wont work.

basically it has given us 1 storage space for our product data and digital assets. it thus has empowered our website with automation in the update process, automation in data sheet creation, and an easy way to give complex data to our customer. before we would have dedicated people for the creation of data sheets, now they do other things.
Effortless Integration with Comprehensive Data Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to set up and manage our attribute schema in Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM and to integrate with our other systems using feeds and channels. Our product offering has a wide range of variations, and the system makes it very easy to assign a schema to a group of products. This allows users to focus on the data needed and not have to research something irrelevant. It also allows us to set data integrity rules and enforce those as we enrich our data. The setup and migration process was extremely simple, taking us less than four weeks to switch from our previous PIM to Pimberly.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the DAM side of the system, I wish it had a better interface and integration for managing idea boards and other similar features. I would also like to see the ability to pass the metadata tags via the API interface.

With Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM, we manage product data efficiently, enforce data integrity, and easily integrate with our systems. It simplifies attribute schema management, helping us to focus on relevant data without extraneous research.

Most PIMs are designed for the retail sector and when you are in another sector you may need some functionality that is not covered.
Anyway, the Pimberly team always finds a workaround to help you solve any inconvenience.
