What do you like best about the product?
Brillant team of people behind the product, if they can help you fix something they will and they do it quickly. If they can't fix it right away, they keep you informed on what they are doing to solve the issue and when it will be released on the next sprint run. Customer support has been great so far, quick to respond and solve the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few simple things, like being able to order the database by clicking on the top of the column to order A-Z or Z-A. Found a few bugs but these have been resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all information in one place. Previously we have several sources of information and everything was confusing, Pimberly allows us to have one true source and make sure the data is kept up to date and nothing is missing.

What do you like best about the product?
Pimberly has helped us to get product information out to customers alot quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike however there are still alot of facets of the programme that we need to get to grips with
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have having issues with assigning media in the attributes but this is quickly being resolved

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about PIM is the customer service, account management and prompt response of everyone on the team to make sure our PIM is working as efficient and effective as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have more training available to the entire team as to how to use our specific PIM as we have built it so uniqurely for our specific companies standards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the UPC and GTIN autogeneration for our item numbers with guarantee of no duplication.

What do you like best about the product?
The highly configurable feeds and channels
What do you dislike about the product?
There is limited automation available for 'product sets'
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Westcoast have eliminated siloed data and centralised our enrichment efforts, we've used Pimberly to successfully integrate with our content partner and our Vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
With the new Indigo interface, I'm not a fan of how "clunky" it is in comparison to the old design. I think it's just a little bit harder to look at, but that could still be me getting used to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, the new interface is not my favorite, but I'm sure I'll get used to it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us an easy way to generate new products and have all of our SKU's in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact it can be integrated between multiple channels to feed product data across the board
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the technical support knowledge and acurracy can be hit and miss but always gets resolved successfully and our current Technical Account Manager is wonderful

One source of product data which will be great when we integrate it into multiple channels

What do you like best about the product?
For me, the people... The system works very well and does all of the things one would expect of it, however the people are the real benefit.

Their support function is second to none, the development and functional teams seek to understand the business and their requirements.

The system is straightforward and easy to use - the integration feeds and output help tremendously to ensure data accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a shared platform which needs to work for multiuple business's, users and usecases. This can be a double edged sword, there could be times where you may want something specific and niche and ways around are needed to be found.

However with a shared platform we realise that also means, robustness, supportability and continual improvements / enhancements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly helps provide consistency in data across multiple channels and touchpoints. It also helps reduce the workload and ease the management of running multiple websites and online marketplaces.

What do you like best about the product?
We've found that even unexpected challenges are straightforward to resolve, thanks in large part to the excellent support from our Business Success Manager—who always makes time for us.

Since implementing Pimberly, we've been able to automate so many aspects of our product data. It’s really opened our eyes to just how much we can streamline the way our company manages, shares, and collaborates on product information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn’t say I have any dislikes- just a few suggestions for improvements that could make the software even more powerful. Pimberly already does so much right, and with a few small enhancements, it could be even more impressive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Pimberly, we had no central storage solution or structured data model - our product data was a confusing mess. Since implementing Pimberly, it’s become the backbone of our product data strategy, enforcing consistency and eliminating the friction caused by teams not fully aligned on data standards. On import, we now have over 250 rules automatically checking and transforming data to meet the requirements of all our partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Pimberly has saved me loads of time merchandising products on our website as well as allowing new products to be uploaded in a timely manner.
The UI is very simple and easy to use, and makes it easy to keep track of product lifecycles etc...
The new features being rolled out allow us to keep track of our content quality by setting rules and scoring our content against those rules. This ensures we focus our attention on the things most important
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto mapping of fields on import does not work sometimes.
Not being able to tick a new attribute at a second tier level to tick it for all 3rd tiers at the same time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of new products being uploaded easily and managing the information required, being used for the products on site in a very easy way. Pim feeds directly into our website so we can make real-time changes to information for a customer

What do you like best about the product?
Centralisation and standardisation of product data with the ability to deploy to any sales channel seamlessly. Pimberly team is constantly pushing out updates and reviewing the software for best in class functionality. Pimberly updates Shopify almost instantly in most cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
SKU limitations causes anxiety as the next tier up is expensive, new features such as "Vendor Connect" are an additional cost, additional cost for additional shopify channels, Shopify connector has some limitations currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly serves as our integral Product Information Management (PIM) system, offering substantial benefits in standardizing and centralising our comprehensive product data. This centralisation is particularly advantageous for managing our extensive catalogue, ensuring that all product information is uniformly formatted and easily accessible.

One of the key advantages of utilising Pimberly is its capability to enhance the organisation and completeness of data throughout the various stages of a product's lifecycle.
