What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is intiutive, user friendly, fast responsive support.
What do you dislike about the product?
All excel formulas can not be used, export to word has few formatting issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linked Financials and fast sync's data to one source of truth.

Easy to learn & use, setup similar to familiar Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g. Excel & Word)

Not much to dislike, other than need shortcuts for spreadsheet

Consistent reporting and able to replicate reporting period after reporting period

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track changes within the financials and have proper audit control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Various add-on costs for various products within the tool. (XBRL, management reporting, statutory reporting, etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create our finaical filing process and allow for mulitple users to edit and update the documnet. Also, the ability to request specific questions from various individuals.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of collaboration across teams and the organization of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is not anything that I dislike about the platform. Only nitpick is that I wish I could export specific comments to pdf.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We operate in four reportable sefments and Workiva makes it seamless to report all four in one condensed document.

Best SOX Framework Software
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create a complex, easily maintained framework of risks, controls and documentation has been the platform foundation for the ground-up construction of our SOX program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking controls progress, including outside of sample requests would be a great addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ground up construction of a SOX and ERM program, with the added benefits of compliance management and framework reporting.

I like the one single multiuser workspace and the data connectivity, both into the platform and out of it.

Its challenging that the new features development process lags the pace of rising user needs.

Workiva is automating and accellorating our reporting process. Its also streamlining our additional uses for the reporting data, accellorating those processes and improving audit trails.

What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is easy to use and was very simple to implement. The company uses it frol SEC filing and for SOX workflow on naerly a daily basis. When we have questions our customer support si responsive. In fact, CS is proactivekly reaching out (with the sales account rep) to see how explain new fatures and functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike is perahaps too strong a verb to descride the text below, but the areas for improvement. One would be better "canned" report with an attendant improvement in user training for report writing. With respect to integration, Wrokiva was relatively easily to flod into our business processes, howver we have never been provided with information on how eletrocically ingrate Workiva with our various ERP systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have operations in 16 countries with multiple ERPs. From a Control documentation and testing perspective, Workiva allows us to have a consistent processes and retention of relevant documention all in one platform. The Financial reporting team is pleased with the ability to edit SEC filings and disclosures without having to wrry of version inconssistencies.
