Workiva is a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva has streamlined our process significantly eliminating countless work hours to complete our filing process. Implementation was painless and the custmer service is second to none. The team is available 24/7. Since beginning to use Workiva, 95% of my teams schedules are now generated directly in Workiva for linking throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The largest detraction is being able to keep up with all of the updates provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva has reduced the number of overtime hours that are spent for our external reporting process on a quarterly / annual basis
Excellent, user friendly software that makes working in the field of audit much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly software. Simple to use. Easy to learn. Excellent support that is knowledgeable and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization is a little lacking. Unless it's built from the ground up for what you want, it is a bit "copy-paste" feeling rather than unique to different scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File management. Single system functionality so that you don't need multiple softwares or systems to coordinate work.
Assisting with our audit function.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integrating this program into our audit processes. The ease of using the report and letter templates. Reporting feature allows for adhoc reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is not very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardized report templates and the various different audit templates. Workiva allows us to perform almost all of our audit work exclusively on the platform.

Being able to have the cross platform functionality really helped our company create efficiencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a top tool, there was a little learning curve to start, but it was well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very decentralized company from our growth from M&A. Workiva allowed us to have one centralized source of truth for our stakeholders to use. This dramatically improved our organizational efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Workiva for 14 years and would never dream of using another software for my SEC reporting. It's the best software out there and nobody else compares.

Nothing, as I said, it's the best software out there

The best thing is the automation and minimal manual input so less room for errors
A platform that continues to evolve and empower change
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is a a platform that continues to evolve. The role and importance of integrated reporting continues to change in different jurisdictions and as a partner focused on sustainability and designed reporting, we are able to flex how we Workiva to meet our clients' needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workiva is constantly changing and evolving, building capabiltiy and connection. As a partner, we can sometimes miss the changes and don't always have the connections with our Workiva partnership team to help us stay up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing complex financial and non-financial data as part of ongoing reporting processes. Our work with clients draws on so much data that is managed through the platform. This is fundamental to success for our clients and building future capacity/capability for decision-making, strategy development, disclosure and engagement.
Workiva has changed everything
What do you like best about the product?
How it has transformed clients ability to produce highly complex financial and ESG reports. I like the way there is actually less to do as clients approach signoff and everybody is so much more relaxed.
What do you dislike about the product?
No ability to change lowercase to uppercase, it should be a simple option, instead you just have to type everything back in again.
As we produce highly designed reports, it would be great to be able to swap styles.

Linked data is just phenomenal, how we lived without it before beggars belief.
I use Workiva for CCAR/DFAST regulatory reporting
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great platform for working with multiple subject mattter experts at the same time. Its relativly easy to use so it doesn't take much time to get new people up to speed on how to use it. Customer support is quick to repond to issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is web based so if you loose internet access your stuck without being able to work. I work in the CCAR/DFAST space and I feel that a lot of the features are more focused on SEC reporting and audit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva allows multiple teams to work on large documents at once and has methods for assigning tasks to various individuals which helps keep subject matter experts on track.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can work in real time with many different collaborators. The system is intuitive and user-friendly

No translation mode yet, sometimes customer service hard to get a hold of, carbon accounting yet
