We Love this Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
One place to collaborate with team members across multiple departments and a great way to streamline our data collection process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions can be a bit cumbersome and there's not currently a solution for translating our program to Spanish! :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Housing our data and report copy in one place to eliminate previous challenges with version control and data tracking.
New to Workiva - but so far so good

VERY new to Workiva ESG, but ovearll seems intuitive and useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training videos are not incredibly helpful and more step by step options would be better.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Workiva serves as one source of the truth for our documentation. It is incredibly user friendly and I love the ability to link across the various functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides however sometimes permissioning can be a little tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva is assisting us in bringing information that used to sit in several disjointed spreadsheets in to one application that allows us to assess risk, document, report, and test all in one place.
Amazing tool for time savings and collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to collaborate live across all documents is a must have for efficiency and has provided for time savings for our preparation and review process for the 10-K and 10-Qs. We also could not live without the linking features that allow us to link a single source across documents. We always appreciate Workiva's continuous improvement mentality and consideration for feeback provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few features that are still must haves:
1. Being able to rollforward documents with placholders (without attachements) each quarter, so we wouldnt have to add back every quarter
2. Updating default tick marks size; the default is much too large for the average document tie out.

Live collaboration and data validation/accuracy

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is quite flexible and also quite reliable
What do you dislike about the product?
It does feel like a giant organization and times and you can't easily speak to someone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the place where we create our ESG report. We dont currently collect data there but we import into it and link to it from our report. Very in favour of collaboration.
It is a very customizable application that allows for a lot of different business uses
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to ask for new features and having those be aviable for use pretty quickly

The application is sometimes slow and glitchy

Workiva allows for collaberation. Our team can put most of our audit and internal controls in the application that allows visablity.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the ability to copy and paste formulas and links. I think its great to refresh data and automate processes across various workpapers. Financial statements will be a much easier process this year with Workiva
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features that are limited in the Workiva environment - examples are pivot tables, unwrapping text, inability to copy in a picture within sheets. Some formulas do not copy over from excel and we have had to troubleshoot a work around.

Software that speeds up your process to save time.

The linking features from Excel to Word or Powerpoint so that files are automatically updated.

As it is cloud/web based, the files are slower than traditional Microsoft,

Effectively and efficiently linking financial statements and regulatroy reporting.
Very collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva allows me and my team to collaborate on extensive projects and track our progress version to version. The version control is one of the most useful aspects that the platform has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still progress to be made for design use.

A space for large teams to collaborate.
