Great Time saver
What do you like best about the product?
We have had our CSM modify some of test pages to include additional information that allows better review of control
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its slow loading the test pages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to manage multiple countries with same controls, tracking status of control testing, RCM,
Workiva is great for collaboration and SOX testing.
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is fairly intuitive and takes minimal instruction to use for testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to change and review information about controls is clunky. You have to open additional information by navigating rather than "drilling down" on the information. Excel like function isn't very readable when opened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm just a user for SOX testing, so I'm not seeing the benefits overall.

preparing and reviewing regulatory reports for submission to the SEC minimizing process inefficiencies
Workiva is a excellent tool for fostering collaboration among teams of all sizes.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we are able to connect various workstreams together, thereby allowing easy and quick document updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be challenging to know where to go to do something as the tool is very comprehensive and powerful.

Workiva is allowing our team to efficiently link our internal control framework, risk and control matrices and testing forms.
Great Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Provided everyone that would be needed to setup on original implementation, and am able to reach out any time about problems that i am having in the system. The linking is intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the geofencing will cause the system to log out due to a "change" in location but was just a change in internet provider source IP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of use in creating report filings and links between the spreadsheets and final documents

How easy it is to use and the interface.
I like using it for loading working papers for auditors, and how you can easily tag individuals within the chat.
Our company has started using it for Narratives and the feature for tagging control wording has been very efficient.
The Amplify conference is also amazing.

What do you dislike about the product?
- I wish we could upload larger documents on the platform. For larger documents we save them in a separate cloud. The comment feature makes it easier to link the documents.

The option to share audit working papers/ testing with internal and external auditors. Ease of updating narratives, and connecting sox controls so that the language updates in all relevant documents, ease of changing control wording.
