The best tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to edit in a designed document, the rigor and controls around data, bringing data and narrative into the same ecosystem and allowing them to speak with one another, autonomy, collaboration with broad range of stakeholders, the partner network. From a company perspective, Workiva is always innovating and being responsive to the challenges we encounter.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of turnover and movement of teams. When we feel that we have established a relationship and report with one person, it often changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Autonomy of the user, being able to draft, edit and manage data in a designed document.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the aspects around collaboration and control.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike onboarding users with SSOL. As a vendor, it is a pain to get access to client workspaces using SSOL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva gives us a great way to collaborate with our clients in a controlled environment. It has made communication around edits, updates, and changes, easier.

I like that it has a fully auditable trail and built-in "background" showing who and what information got uploaded when

Not all functionality (like connecting workspaces) is rolled out with new modules right away

Collecting data outside of spreadsheets in an auditable manner!

What do you like best about the product?
Controlled access via permission, linking for data and text.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to see all folders,files, and sections that an individual is permissioned to in one interactive screen

Ability to control access for numerous collaborators, sign offs, establishing single sources of truth
New user experience

The collaboration and customizable permissions.

That's seems like too much to digest at the beginning.

It's solving having one source of truth for our deliverables and given us more control of the output.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy data updates, great customer experience when faced with any issues. Easy to archive and lock prior reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hopefully better streamline with excel and formulas

Workiva is working on better connect with accounting software such as oracle to all documents
Useful software for documents beyond financial statements

It gives you the opportunity to use it for different documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesnt provide features for budget and financial planning integrated in the software.

Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Workiva may be an all-in-one solution. As a company, it's helpful to have a one stop shop for ESG reporting needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep learning curve that is required, but Workiva does offer plenty of training solutions.

Workiva is allowing us to bring multiple people together in one system.

Great Financial Reporting tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva has several cool collaboration features, definitely the linking across diferent files and comments make the work a lot easier and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I think sometimes some of the Microsoft Office presentation features could be leveraged, other than that the team is always hearing our comments and suggestions as new implementations which is really appreciated.
