Workiva super user.
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva allows for me to leverage a platform to prepare for the unexpected. Workiva provides a solution that has an ability to adapt and change in accordance with regulation changes and workforce. Workiva provides me an innovative tool that can be applied to multiple lines of business. It is a one stop shop of enhanced collaboration, effective reporting, and controlling risk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer if all features were available across all solutions. ESG has a great dashboard features that can be leverages across other solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I think of Workiva, I think of innovation, collaboration, and control.
Innovation – Working to push the solution beyond its current capabilities to reach new industries.
Collaboration – Live Collaboration that allows multiple groups to cross collaborate on one platform creating one source of truth that can be used for various outputs.
Control – Single source of truth that provides a higher reliance on preventive automated controls while helping to reduce risk.

The user experience and ease oif integration

The tool is sometimes limited from a data standpoint

The ease and accuracy of the system to use.

My favorite feature is the audit trail and blackline capabilities.

We don't have enough money to buy all the platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows multiple users to review a document while tracking changes, allowing comments with email notifications and tasking functions. It is also very user friendly, most new users I set up don't require much guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system can be slow and there are minor glitches like once I highlight something inside a table, it won't save my edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alllowing collaborative reviewing and editing. Also, providing prood of review for audit.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use along with shared reporting, integration, shared data and great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overwhelming for new users sometimes, and lots of customization which can sometimes make it more difficult to train.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A centralized solution instead of lots of spreadsheets so we can have all our workflows feeding directly into one platform.

Sometimes feedback gets buried, and we're not finding too much value with the CSM structure.

Awesome and empowering throughout the whole experience.
What do you like best about the product?
The way you can streamline internal work, bring awe to the clients and help them streamline manual work and automate repeatable tasks, in way that's fully integrated and secured.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing. It works great, it really helpful as advertised and after you try it you don't want to go back to other work tools that are not connected.

It solves lack of collaboration, it overcomes information silos and brings full transparency throughout the work processes
