IT Audit
What do you like best about the product?
Automation, assessments, policy storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Testing matrices, not the same functionality as excel or word microsoft products
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to do our testing in workiva, our external auditors are able to access our testing. Permissions and access piece is great.

I love using Workiva because it allows us to seamlessly integrate our controls reporting and facilitate requests with our external audit team.

Nothing as far as I know! So far it includes a lot of great feautures
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us solve efficiencies in documenting audit processes and helping us to manage and update controls effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Implementing Workiva has helped us gain huge efficiencies in our regulatory reporting. The collaboration tools are world class and the controls within the program give us peace of mind. Prior to implementing, we spent 4 weeks every year reconciling our control documents to our submission documents. This year, we were able to spend more time analyzing our information instead of just processing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our report is very large. The hardest part was the screen size- especially when freeze panes are enabled. Our teams often had to export to excel to review the document in full but then had to toggle back to the platform to perform edits.

workiva has improved reporting process including review of financial statements.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Workiva is how easy it is to use and how easy it is to collaborate with everyone in our company to streamline our reporting processes. If we ever hace any issues, the customer support team is quick to respond and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I dislike anything about Workiva.

Workiva is making it easier to have all our data in one place and collaborate.

It's easy to use, intuitive, collaborative and there is never any concerns on data integrity!

I cannot think of one, we have been fortunate in having a great experience

Having a disconnected proces - by using workiva we are able to all work together in one collaborative environment efficiently
An essential software for financial reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Of course linking. I also really love the commenting and ability to collaborate. The CSMs and Support team are also really amazing and helpful and can resolve any issues quickly - even if its close to filing time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sending documents for review has not been helpful in our organization. Particularly because our execs do not want to log in to a new platform. We also find the commenting inefficient since I have to remember to go into the Review to comment rather than being able to respond in the live document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva solves our problem with reporting and updating with consistent values across multiple documents. Without it, we would spend a ton of time reviewing documents for consistency. Workiva gives us one source of truth.
Great GRC Platform for Growing Companies
What do you like best about the product?
It is a flexible tool that helps our team develop a single source-of-truth for risk and control data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The permissioning for various files and data can be hard to manage although very flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing data and requests once instead of in disparate systems
Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva makes our quarterly & annual reporting for SEC much smoother and is very easy to utilize. The availability of the support from the Workiva team is also incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that our internal audit, investory relations & ESG teams are not also set up on Workiva to allow for more seamless data linking between groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking changes throughout the life cycle of inception to filing of our SEC reports. This saves our teams time by easily identifying what areas need our review so we don't have to search & compare on our own.
