New but liking it
What do you like best about the product?
I like how quick and easy it is to make updates. I can have a source of truth that links up to all my fiancial reporting that I am putting together for business managment review.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike yet. I am still trying to figure out what it has to offer as I only started using it in Dec 2023. My company is also newer to using it so I feel like there are many features that we have yet to use. Our main use is for FERC reporting

Great for linking and efficient data. Love all the smart functions for incorporating data

Always looking for new features. Could use some improvements on displaying/formatting exhibits.

The level of reliability in the final report when filing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not pull directly from our ERP, but obvisiously that fault is not on Workiva, but our lack of the W-Data product.

Workiva has added a level of reliability and confidence in our financial reporting which has minimized stress and excessive hours.

I like learning about new features and getting hands on training through labs.

It would be great if there were more hands on training through labs!

Continue to build out the SOX request platform to support users for execution of work.

BUilding out our SOX controls and owning our SOX work within the platform.
