SIngle source for statutory returns and connected sheets

I dislike the translation tool and I find saving foreign language to pdf or doc difficult for Thai language

Workiva helps me do my job efficiently and accurately, with robust features that help us automate our processes.

Some of the features have limitations but with enhancements every year, these limitations disappear quickly.

Internal and external financial reporting, we are able to efficiently share and use data, design great reports and collaborate across our organization for the best reporting outputs.

The collaborative capabilities across all teams is invaluable. It's also user friendly and intuitive. Customer support is always available 24/7.

No significant downsides but sometimes features are a little slow to roll out.

Workiva is very intuitive and provides excellent solutions for all aspects of auditing.

The reviewing aspect of Workiva is the biggest help to my department. This cuts down on review time while remining efficient with testing.

Sometimes the file uploads in Workiva do not work due to file size.

Workiva is solving the issue of asking control owners multiple times for the same documentation. With Workiva we can simply send reminders through the platform.

I like that it is easy to use and update. Even people who have never used it before can easily learn from it as long as they are familiar with any Microsoft products.
I like that the 1800 customer care number is always a real live person that can help or direct me to someone that can. It's never going to put me on hold or continiously redirecting me.

I don't like that there is so many updates. It is hard for each company to keep up with the changes and also implement giving the amount of effort and money it takes for change in a company.
