Workiva GRC Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration within the IA team as well as ease of access to our external auditors. Quick data dashboard to give a big picture to the CFO
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first starting Workiva years ago there were a few things that I disklied. At this point I noticed Workiva has made major improvements and make them top of their game with regards to GRC
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had all of our SOX Internal auidt an dcompliance documents on multiple SHarepoints and drivers. It was messy. Often things would become lost, or deleted. With workiva we do not have those issues any longer. We have one place to maintain integrity of our internal audit program.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration, cloud-based, easy of use/navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is essentially useless...

Reduction in email exchange due to collaboration features such as Processes/certifications.

Workiva is the best solution I have encountered for adminstering SOX functions.

As I have just started using workiva, I feel as though it is to soon to say.

It automates a lot of our financial reporting processes.

Absolute Game Changer - SO Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
The Power of Workiva is endless! Being able to have a single source of data that is shared across multiple business functions and overall enterprise is absolutely changing the way we view risk, financial reporting, and ESG reporting. We are able to see where we need to pivot, invest, or increase. We are getting real time information too make more informed decisions and truly impacting and influencing the operating methodologies practiced. Having a Real PERSON support to call to help guide us when we have questions or issues is amazing. This is a user friendly, almost intrinsic ability to perform work and report on processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see more automated integrations and ability to build partnerships with other technologies to share even more data.

How easy it is to connect data and update reports at the touch of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
The microsoft like apps. It can be difficult to replicate exisiting things in excel or Word in Workiva.
