Helpful tool for financial statements
What do you like best about the product?
Great to store your financials in one place and roll them forward each year

Could link to financials in NetSuite more easily

could be alot of items and hard to manuver and used full protential of the product without guidance and someone focus on providing that guidance

single source data for multiple reporting

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the accessiblity across all departments that provide financial data cutting out the need for emails back and forth and extensive tracking of submissions. With Workiva, submitters input their data directly into the program which then links out to everywhere that data needs to be reported. And it tracks the progress of submitter tasks at the same time. It then even tracks review approvals, Really sensational software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have many compliants. I manage permisssions which can be tedious but I think it's probably just my process. I'll be looking into that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased efficiency through enhanced collaboration features by eliminating much of the submitter, reviewer, and approver back and forth emails.

Great cloud-based platform for data integration, collaboration and automation
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is versatile across different modules across financial and compliance functions. The data integration enables automation and collaboration across different teams and functions. User interface is very friendly and intuitive. Great customer support.

There is lack of pivot table function in the Workiva spreadsheets. The AI features for Transfer pricing module can be further enhanced.

Transfer pricing workpaper automation. The cloud platform allows for integration with data source, collaboration and automation.

we have four entities we file so Workiva allows for consistency between the reports and saves time by linking

Ease of setup and maintenance as changes in the Company occur. The tracking of changes helps avoid version control issues.

There are some areas of functionality that are still in development (e.g., advanced Excel formulas, testing markup linkage, report suggestions, etc.)

some things are time consuming to complete and interface is not user friendly for reviewers who are not in the program daily.
