Tackling CSRD challenges
What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly platform is a crucial advantage from Workiva - it allows people with different maturity on technology to use it in a easier way.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesnt allow to update information in the program in a 'bulk' way - we have to update every month in every aplicability etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing to have a huge amount of information in a single platform, easy to use

Still needs some key updates - ability to more easily roll a financial statement document forward - automatically move numbers from CY to PY, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is outstanding. Tagging within Wdesk is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times while implementing usage of new items, such as Wdata, find the tutorials to be too high level.

What do you like best about the product?
Workiva saves a lot of time by automating processes and reviews for reporting. It has enhanced our data integrity. We've developed a strong relationship with our support team and they have helped us take advantage of the capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning how to use Workiva can be challenging. Implementation was painful.

Workiva has strengthened our data integrity and supports our audit process
Solid, easy to use reporting platform
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is great for getting everyone on the same page and tracking who is making changes. It really helps to reduce the amount of spreadsheets and drafts flying around in email, share drives, and other places.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform slows down for reasons unkown and it is hard to see why.

What do you like best about the product?
Navigating, collaborating with financial reporting team members and overall ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting filings to Word for management's review requires manual formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us perform our 10-Q and 10-K filings.
Workiva has created efficiencies, particularly in our SOX Testing, we could only dream of before.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create standardized test forms, customized to our needs. Having data that serves as the source of truth for our SOX controls. The responsiveness of the Workiva team, particulary during our implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Audit module does not provide the same flexibility as the SOX module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Workiva, there were multiple versions of the SOX control descriptions - we had one, the external auditors may have had a different one, and the business may have had yet another version. This made it challenging to ensure we were testing the correct control. Now, Audit, External Auditors, and the Business all access the controls through Workiva providing a single source of truth.
The software is easy to pick up and provides effenicies quickly

Linking, easy to learn, quick buy-in from corporate

Small screen, additional formulas would be nice
