Collaborating and publishing directly from the platform for clients
What do you like best about the product?
When content is collated on the platform, it is easy to see when it is ready for design which can be done in sections speeding up turn around time. But the biggest win in terms of time saving is design on platform and printing directly from the platform as there are no longer two files: the client's content file and our designed file.
What do you dislike about the product?
Comments are still difficult to manage and can be overwhelming especially when people respond on other peoples comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva is making it easier for clients to compile data in one place across the business so we can easily access and reference it for all reporting elements. One master report eliminates version control which eliminates duplication of effort.
Assured Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva has enabled us to revolutionise our Statutory Reporting process from an exrtremely manual process within Excel and Word to a systemised collaborative exercise, significantly reducing duplication of effort, within Workiva.
What do you dislike about the product?
The modular licencing aspect is unideal - you need to pay for 'modules' which contain almost the exact same functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva has enabled us to move our statutory reporting from 100's of separately maintained Excel and Word documents to a single Workiva platform, with shared common narrative significantly reducin gthe duplication of effort.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of Governance, tracability, collaboration and efficiencies gained
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst I like the whole platform you need to manage workstreams step by step to not take on too much too soon.

Lack of governance and inefficient processes

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with short introductions, especially on the front end side, with great possibilities to even collect the data in a widely decentralized organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functions that you are used from other programs are not yet available or need Workiva's support. That slows down the process sometimes, yet I do appreciate the continous developments and improvements

Gathering data, having a single source of truth, being able to collaborate in one document with colleagues spread all over the world, easy updates throughout the process, audit trail available, collaboration with third parties such as agencies or auditors in the tool, dashboard of activities& tasks available

Really designed to provide solutions and enhance productivity

Sometime less intuitive and includes inherent difficutlties such as linking cells instead of linking entire sections

Multiple versions of documents and changes to data during reporting process.
Very efficient way of reporting and enhancing governance
What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect is the ability to streamline reporting - both statutory and management reporting. Workiva has allowed us to produce multiple reports in a much quicker timeframe than we did previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain aspects of implementation weren't quite as simple.

Efficiency and accuracy of statutory and management reporting.

- We used to have a better customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- We use Workiva for Integrating Reporting and ESG reporting. We can see the benefit of one single source, linking to the data source and collaboration.
Great support for CSRD journey
What do you like best about the product?
CSRD Reporting is easy and logial to handle. Workiva is listening to feedback and helps to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of effective functions are still in progress or missing

Collaborating plattform for ESG Reporting. Easy data collection and user friendly surface
I've had a great experience with workiva so far.

I enjoy that it's a one stop shop where I can do everything from testing, communicating with clients, external auditors and way more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there should be more trainings on how to use chains and other newly added features as the platform changes.
