Workiva easy-to-use and easy-to-learn tool for financial reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it works well, especially for collaboration in the company for our documents and internal reporting team. I really like being able to use it to update financial statements and it makes our work easier. Also, the user interface is excellent, especially for its flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a challenge to find some documents and files because they are all together and it is difficult to find the spefic one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I loved Workiva because it facilitates our work in finance, audit management and other needs, especially in real time reporting, facilitating tracking and it is really very good software.
Workiva is great for workflow management with good features
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is an excellent solution. I like the way it displays data in the form of graphs and charts. Its impressive because everything is well integrated and provides a smooth experience. It also simplifies tasks and is super helpful to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization needs improvement, especially in reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a good service for financial reporting, easy to integrate, and for enterprise risk management. It is also very good for incident management. It has solved our problems and has benefited us more than we expected.
Using WDesk for financial reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Simple Word-like interface, parallel document editing for multiple users. Multiple features. Online track-change. One-stop shop for SEC filing. Customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to upload PDF files into WDesk. No multi-user track-changes mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy financial reporting process. Updating numbers across the whole document when changes are made in TB or disclosure support.
Customizable, robust tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful to have so many customizable options within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The permissions within the tool can be confusing and contradictory at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the Workiva platform as our source of truth and recordkeeping, which helps to have consistency in our overall auditing practice.
Solid Audit and Compliance Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva makes it very easy to collaborate across teams and complete day-to-day audit task in a secure and trackable manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be clunky at times and the data connections (both importing and exporting) can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our team complete and track our audit work. Keeps data centralized and managed.

Sometimes processing form 3's and 4's can be challenging and set up isn't always intuitive

Easy to use and self explanatory, makes it easy to navigate

It "kicks" you out while you are working and need to log in back again
