very complex tool (PPP, word)
What do you like best about the product?
structure that is known (PPP, excel). all the possibilities to send notifications, integrate approval workflows, connect other tools

that there are so many options that a individualization and tailored way of working needs to be developded

What do you like best about the product?
You can share financial data and information in real time, with transparence, offline with confidencial. It"s a great advantage in the way to elaborate the financial and no financial reports and other index documentos. It's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aulthoug Workiva is quite intuitive, t's neccesary learning time in morder to take advantage all the possibilities Workiva has.

I love how easy the user interface is. It makes it very easy to understand what to do next.

The online platform tends to dissconnect more frequently in the last month or so.

What do you like best about the product?
The collaborative approach for such a complex and time consuming work in the reporting season. To be able to track the data and have the auditor next to us doing his job with less effort
What do you dislike about the product?
Some redundant tasks are still necessary to edit the data points (eg dimensions)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data governance is now much more robust; data providers and data approvers are well defined which increases the accountability of the large people involved in the process
Facilitating Integrated Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it enables integrated reporting, bringing together financial and non-financial reporting and to have everything in one space. I like that it can be directly linked to the data source and automate processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementing the reporting takes a while and therefore adapting to regulatory changes as well.

Bringing together Financial and Non-Financial Reporting.

Somewhat limited in delivering customized solutions to our internal teams.

Handling the data and the report and making sure we have the correct data available to the right people.
Wonderful platform, makes reporting so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love the whole product, the set of functionalities and how much easier it makes our reporting and compliance. It integrates with our systems, it's easy to update and track changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Just wish I could use it for some of our smaller entities where the reporting is very different to the mainstream ones.

Helps keep track of what we're working on as well as ensure all stakeholders are aligned while keeping everything in one platform.
