Compile 10-Q and 10-K reports (and more) using Workiva.
What do you like best about the product?
All of the linking from workbooks to documents is quite helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Excel functionality within Workiva could be upgraded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compile 10-Q and 10-K efficiently and timely.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily track reviews of documents and collect official sign offs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform is slow to load or requires me to reload the page when there are multiple users in a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us understand the functionality of the enhanced platform and how that would support our existing processes.

I like linking and automation inbuild in workiva platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
few limitations with word document, there should be how to videos on the platform for learning or easy access to them or some short tour when you open the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure
Product is intuitive to most users and provides key functionality.
What do you like best about the product?
Core functionality is very intuitive and consistent with similar applications like MS Office so that adoption can be quick and most users can quickly understand how to complete most simple tasks. The application continues to evolve and add or enhance features over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain of the workflow functionality can be slightly more difficult to set up and is a little less intuitive which requires having dedicated resources to perform those tasks. Though support in the form of user forums and FAQ's are generally good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effectively it provides a workflow solution and streamlines the aggregation of detail from multiple constituents
Workiva for Sustainability Disclosures
What do you like best about the product?
We really appreciate the collaborative nature of Workiva, the ability to automate review requests, and the audit readiness it allows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when there are a lot of reviewers in the same document, it's slow and clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-stakeholder and cross-enterprise reporting in a centralized, auditable system
Very user freidnly tool
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is very user friendly tool. We at our Company are using this tool for external reporting purposes. We have expanded the usage over the years plus Workiva's team we work with is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real dislikes but sometimes it's glitchy which I think is due to the server usage which makes the sync and refreshes time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
External reporting including FS. MD&A, MIC, AIF.
Great platfor, very easy to use, very helpful support available around the clock
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive dashboard, functionality, ability to create millstones and track progress of work. Your work also never loses as backed up in cloud!
What do you dislike about the product?
None! Everything is very good with this platform, no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stop shop for filing, SOX and ESG. All functions are integrated, can save all necessary support in one place.
Workiva partners are responsive and highly knowledgeable.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of filing every quarter and for one of 8-Ks. Love the responsiveness of the CSRs!

Nothing comes to mind. It's an easy to use platform.

Ease of filing and having multiple people being able to access and edit the file at once.
Works very well for consolidations and budgeting
What do you like best about the product?
Great functionality for consolidations and collaborating with others. I love the assignment bubbles and the fact that we can add attachments and comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Copying files takes a very long time. Also, the bubble assignments don't roll forward. And there are some limitations with linking that could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidations across multiple business units using different ERPs. It allows for collaboration, consolidations within Workiva, and has many reporting functions.
Workiva for ESG
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that the ESG module is able to link to other modules (SEC Reporting/Audit/etc.) within the Workiva platform. This feature enables us to create a single source of truth for reporting metrics and leverage them across multiple Workiva spaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, Workiva has an ESG Factbook to access ESG frameworks and their corresponding metrics. You can link framework metrics to existing data points, but you cannot create new metrics from the Factbook. In essence, if you see a metric that you would like to begin reporting on, you have to go create it first and then link it, instead of doing it right then and there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to aggregate relevant ESG metrics in the platform, manage historical data points, seamlessly manage updates and revisions to metrics, and push updated metrics to any report which contains that data point. For ESG Reporting, this is a game-changer as the sheer volume of metrics being reviewed before publishing can be overwhelming.
