It is a great option to move from manual, excel workpapers.

The team is very receptive to system updates and recommendations.

The system has frequent glitches without root cause identification.

Collaborating with process and control owners in an efficient way and also a cleaner document receptor.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can review which user makes a change and view a previous version. I also like how easy it is to collaborate with others on the same document without corrupting any of my workbooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the wdata and connectors could use sone work. It is not as intuitive as I would like it to be.

Reporting and managing large datasets and records
SEC reporting is great but GRC is abit to contrained

SEC Reporting and word and spreadsheets. it does what it says on the screen

We can do almost anything, easy to use, and easy to integrated with others systems

What do you like best about the product?
Single-stop solution from preparing financial statements, distributing them internall for review, tagging them and filing through Edgar Next. I have used Workiva for 15 yrs, and implemented Workiva for 2 pre-IPO companies
What do you dislike about the product?
When converting financial statements to Microsoft Word, it does not give a 100% coversion similar to PDF. Unfortunately, internal management prefers their review in Word and not PDF which requires some additional time to be spent on formatting reviews when downloading documents from Wdesk to Word.

As noted earlier, it is a one-stop shop from preparing financial stmts, distributing for internal review and filing using Edgar Next
