The ease of use and functionality. Reporting is great as well.

A lot of changes which means consistent relearning.

Use of AI, automation, and less human touch to focus on exception monitoring vs manual tasks.

Changes and avalibity of all the funtionality is not well publicized.

Easy to use; one place for information.
Work is has more uses than you think
What do you like best about the product?
Coming from an external reporting background, I was able to implement uses on my new team by leveraging some of the tools and features of workiva to identify areas for process improvements. Being able to collaborate and integrate our processes with other teams and departments has been key to keep things updated in real time and provide transparency to the whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the basics tools and features are not as intuitive for a new user and can be difficult getting them started with learning about the software

Streamlining processes and providing increased transparency on our reporting processes
Great tool for productivity and control management
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is having the team stay on track with constant reminders and due dates. Being able to test within the platform and having access control on individual tasks are a great asset.

Precious year evidence is hard to find and not organized as current year data.

Having 1 platform that does everything including being able to test within
