Financial reporting manager
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and intuitiveness. The tool is continuously adapting to industry changes and demands.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there has been nothing I've disliked about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us integrate the tool and ensure everything is centralized.
Effective Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva has been very helpful in simplifying and organizing complex reporting tasks. It’s highly effective at improving accuracy and saving time, while also making collaboration smooth and efficient. The communication and support from the team are excellent, with quick responses and clear guidance whenever needed. Overall, it’s a reliable tool that makes the reporting process much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish things were rolled out a little bit more quicker sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a collaborative tool that is used among the entire team and helps us with communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Unified platform that continues to enhance features that help reduce/ minimize redundant work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the freshes of changes lag resulting in mis-communications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating some of the manual work and helps with data accuracy with its built in features.
A platform to unite a company
What do you like best about the product?
It can be a one stop shop for the company. We're currently using it for audit, ESG, and financial reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It often takes the help desk and/or a 3rd party consultant to make changes in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is growing through acquisition and often there isn't a central place to keep organizational information/data. We're currently building out data types in wDesk to house all of that inforational details and structure.

Can use tools to help make work more seamless that I’ve not seen on any other platform

Not easy to understand all the different functionalities

Flowing data through multiple documents so no mistakes or inconsistencies are made
Workiva is a time saver!

It makes our financial reporting process so efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could open and put tabs side by side in the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes updating financial statements with new disclosures easier. It takes less time to make changes in the individual financial statements that we publish.

Moving away from manual processes, customer support, and ability to use blackline versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto time out is quick and relogging in can be cumbersome.

Standardizing financial reporting across multiple entities.

What do you like best about the product?
Workiva allows me as a reviewer to trust my data is valid and consistent throughout multiple documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that more of my coworkers aren’t users to improve collaboration. I also think the outsourcing of support has creating a less tailored help experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva eliminates a lot of risk of human error in our process with linking and Wdata.

Their products are easy to use and high security feature.

I like everything about Workiva. Looking forward to hear more products from Workiva.

Its advance feature like linking data from spreadsheet to word document
Functional, usable, and ahead of the curve
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is intuitive and powerful for my users while supplying the tools I need to manage their work as well as my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows--with processes, tasking is better than it used to be but it's still relatively clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We could not possibly complete the Capital Plan in the time allotted by the regulators without Workiva. The data support and editorial access make it possible
