SEC Reporting tool
What do you like best about the product?
Functionality and ease of use. The instructional videos are short and to the point
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you call the support hotline the support team does not have or know the solution and will need to reach back out at another time or you will need to research it yourself. The hold time on these types of items (although rare) is extensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduced filing and SEC filing preparation time

Workiva's people are truly the best part of working with Workiva. The product is outstanding too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pace of innovation is a little quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva makes it easier to collaborate across related functions at my organization providing clarity, structure and accountability in our external (and internal) reporting and auditing processes.
Fist timer. Great so far!

The "microsoft word" not much option to edit

The great customer support received from PSM and other Workiva professionals.

Some functionalities are not intuitive or difficult to know which documents are owned by who.

Netsuite integrations making it easier to upload trial balances into Wdata. Rollforward feature from prior periods into the current working file.
