I like the inter connectivity with teammates.

Inefficiencies. Increasing the accuracy and decreasing it time it takes to prepare documents.

Love using Workiva and the support team is great! The list of features I have learned about at Amplify is exciting as well.

Nothing really. Maybe can be a little bit tricky to identify filing errors, but that is all that comes to mind.

We primarily use Workiva to prepare and file our financial statements.

It’s a simple user interface and with a lot of potential for continuous growth.

A more regular touch base with the CSM would be helpful to know more about the usage and workiva potential.

Collaborative tool that allows for my whole team to work on files together in a easy to manage enviorment

Having some tools available based on contract type

Version control issues where we would have multiple files with different edits now we have one file with all edits and audit history
Workiva is easy to work with, when is how it should be
What do you like best about the product?
I use Workiva to transform the data and I love the fact that Workiva really listens to our suggestions and works actively to make life easier for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike Workiva but like any product, there are always improvements that can be made as reporting and technology is constantly evolving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're working on a calendaring and process integration, which I'm very intrigued about.
