Collaborative Dynamic System
What do you like best about the product?
I love how multipurpose the software is to foster a truly collaborative and efficient environment for several areas of the business, internal controls and internal/external audit to all work together. The dynamic nature of the tool and dedication to continuing to develop in today's fast paced environment has been critical for our company. Highly recommend!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some areas of the tool can be difficult to use if you don't have dedicated SMEs but the CSM structure is extremely helpful to overcome that challenge.

Centralized Data Management, User Collaboration, Automated Documentation, Reporting, and Dashboards

Sales part of the conference, try to sell and not focus on current offerings

financial reporting streamlining, automation and collaboration with accoutning, legal and finance

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of navigating within the platform, ability to make changes throughout the documents and our ability to make updates when we for example add a new account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rounding continues to be an issue for us, but this platform makes it easy to see where rounding may be off. We were using various excel documents in the past and it was not easy to update all of our rounding issues.

Problem: We were using Excel to prepare our financial statements.

Workiva works great for building our financial statements and collaborating with other groups to build things effectively. Everyone can be working at the same time which is a huge time saver
