Workiva Experience
What do you like best about the product?
This platform has made our task to produce our County ACFR relatively easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like the ability to work easier with importing pictures and images
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva has made it easier to produce Miami Dade WASD ACFR
I would encourage to review 3-4 technologies and then decide which can be fit the businesses needs

When it is all working correctly, things are pretty quickly recorded and input by other parties.

Long lag time for tech team to help. Expensive

What do you like best about the product?
I primarily work in the SOX workspace, and I enjoy the workflow functionality of the software when it comes to reports, controls, risks, and testing forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like some functionality for permissions in the tool could be more self-explanatory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The interlinking between spreadsheets and reports makes it very easy to track the flow of information within the financial reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how everything can be stored in Workiva in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the new layout of Workiva. It's difficult to see all the work procedures in view. It's also very slow a lot of the time which makes it difficult to get tasks done in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great repository system that allows us to have all work steps in one place and to store documents. I also like the review workflow and audit log.

Always looking at ways to innovate and improve, keeping up with IT initiatives

Sometimes hard to get quick wins implemented if not enough users want the same updates.
