Workiva is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
It is working in the future compared to other software programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Workiva. It is the best!

SEC Reporting at its best!
Very positive experience and excited to use Workiva to its full functionality.
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of customizable tools to streamline SOX compliance process. Cloud-based tool, with ability to automate certain otherwise manual processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissioning/roles can be cumbersome. No good way to manage/test key reports. File upload can be buggy. Connected sheets are a bit complicated to tailor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining process for SOX/IT compliance and internal audits.
Has helped with SOX tremendously.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it puts everything in a centralized location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how sometimes the network is slow. Sometimes it takes forever for Workiva to open up workpapers and it can be glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes things a little more automated and puts it in more of a centralized location. It helps track review of audit work and speeds up the process.

The fluidity and user friendliness of the platform

Using Workiva has helped optimize the working environment. While there have been minor issues along the ride the Workiva team has been incredibly collaborative and helpful in overcoming them.

Workiva is consolidating risk based activities across the company, giving one view into the data.

The platform integrates many different key aspects of the business and allows for many different customizations to fit the organization's needs.

It takes awhile to get new users used to the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
There customer service department is always helpfule and quick and responding when you have a question. All team members are always willing to help you out and if they don't have the answer they find the right individual.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I don't like about Workiva.
