Best in class financial reporting tool
What do you like best about the product?
Automated/rolling financial reports. Fully traceable and auditable

What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive and user friendly it is! The interface is super nice!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can seem like a lot to learn. Prefacing with similarities to goodle or word docs might be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to streamline our ESG reporting process and data management as we roll out our annual sustainability report; After being in the platfrom for a year, the Workiva platorm represents a stark difference from our past, using excel to manage thousands of data points.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and navigate. Very user friendly and helpful with helpful customer support

I don't think there is anything that I dislike about Workiva

Speed and efficiency in reporting
Workiva is a life changing tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Workiva is that it saves time and allows you to link data between documents so you only have to update the data in one place and it will automatically update everything. It's helped a lot to reduce human error.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a new user to Workiva and currently do not have any dislikes. I think the chart capabilities could use some improvements so you can make pie charts with more than one data source.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the ability to update documents in less time and helps solve the consistency problems regarding making updates in one part of the document and forgetting to update in other spots.

I like the linking capabilities and collaberation opportunities.

I don't like the new syncing feature error messages.

I could not do my job without Workiva
What do you like best about the product?
I love the linking of data across the suite. It makes managing the system so streamlined. I also really love the testing capabilities within the product. So easy to get support from process and control owners and to the markups and attribute testing is streamlined and so easy to follow and review. Love this product!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there is really anything i don't like about this product. Everything is so great, from my perspective compared to other products out on the market, Workiva is far superior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the manual nature of managing an Internal Controls management and assurance program. The reporting capabilities within the product are amazing.

Easy to use and reduces times. I love the new AI feature. it is awesome

a lot of time is required to set it up. USer roles are not well defined for external auditors
