Amazing Conference!
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva helps me collaborate with my colleagues in an efficient and timely manner!
What do you dislike about the product?
Workiva doesn't allow me to filter on the completion percentage for the reports within a process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva solves the problem of having my team update multiple different financial reports when the source data is updated in one location.
Financial Reporting in Workiva
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to collaborate with others across the same document. We are able to leave comments, control access rights and work together seamlessly. The version control and blackline ability saves so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to create a database of accounting policy notes that teams could easily insert into their statements. We generate a lot of financial statements and we have work arounds but I think that this could be more automated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The new processes and certifications will help us evidence approval of our financials

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and features included in the SEC reporting process which is what we primarily use Workiva for at this time.k
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we struggle with the permissions and users section of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest problem it's solving is how to easily incorporate figures from our financial statements/ERP into our financial reporting.

I've only been in Workiva for 2 weeks so no downsides at the moment

Why Workiva Rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is a one stop shop for all users of an organization. Through Workiva, financial reporting, internal controls, internal audit, and GRC can share information and documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting users to get used to Workiva takes a little time if they are unfamiliar with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linking documentation and enhanced permissions.
Easy to use and understand
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is easy to use, easy to understand, and intuitive to the user. It provides a centralized and easy location to prepare your filings and is a great user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any real negatives about Workiva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are trying to make life easier on the back office, and they provide a wide breadth of resources to help facilitate this. I am very excited about the new AI feature.

Don't know how we would do our SOX testing without Workiva

Sometimes it is a little slow. We also have the audit module and find that a bit clunky

We do our SOX testing and it works great.
