Workiva is Great
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to link and that i can get into Workiva from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ther are times i have issues linking or theres a lag, but thats not very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability for everyone to use workiva and not send versions back and forth as well as provide accuracy

When in Wdesk, sometimes when you move too fast through document it freezes.

Wish Workiva handled end to end filing for SEC '34 act similar to servcies offered for SEC '33 act.

Practical, Helpful, User Friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is what our Financial Reporting Team uses to file our SEC filings as well as collect requests from our business partners. It is very self explanatory and user friendly! Makes our process easy from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Workiva is getting other cross-functional partners on board. We struggle getting our Legal team to desire to use the platform over a tried and true document system like Word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva solves the problem of filing our documents with the SEC. This can be complex but Workiva makes it so easy! Saves time on our end.
It reduces manual data entry error and improves the financial reporting process significiantly.

Importing data from other sources is fast. Spreadsheet to document and master document capabilities are great.

Rounding must be performed manually.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tools provided that allow for collaboration/visisbility amnogst peers. They interface keeps things neat and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
My customer service experience with the SOX product has not been as great as my experience with the Financial Reporting product. I feel like there were better self-help tools and also that my CSM was way more helpful with the Financial Reporting product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva helps various stakeholders in the Financial Reporting and SOX Compliance areas collaborate to complete audit and reporting deliverables more effectively/ efficiently.

Good program that is easy to use and getting better
