What do you like best about the product?
Real time updates - Controls are updated which are linked to process narratives and test plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features in the SOX workspace that would be nice to have it the Audit workspace.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Workiva is the functionality of the profuct - it is very easy to learn, and is user-friendly for users of all skill levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I have not encountered any issues with Workiva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva simplifies our SEC filing process and enables a straightforward preperation and review of financial statements and disclosures.
My team loves using Workiva in our financial reporting!

The linking feature, the ease of filing with the SEC, the helpful customer service, and the help articles

It would be helpful if Workiva Sync automatically updated.

The software is very user-friendly and easy to understand

xbrl tagging can sometimes be hard to execute

Workiva has made work easier
What do you like best about the product?
The connection between links. It's really awesome to be able to update a number in one place, then it will update on all documents at the same time. It reduces error - especially on last minute changes. The customer support team is great. They're fast and have a positive attitude. I like the free CPE opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Workiva's support articles were more helpful. I often still need clarification after reading several articles. Additionally, I am constantly logged out of Workiva, sometimes several times in a minute. This can get annoying when we're very busy. We also seem to get a new CSM very regularly, and our account manager is not always very responsive. We struggle with knowing best practices.

Errors from manually updating links, visualization of links, color coordination across documents, modern looking presentations, multiple editors in documents at once, addition of AI capabilities,

It would be nice if we had a link from Workiva to Box for our support files.

I really like how multiple members of our team can all collaborate on a single document in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to navigate through the XBRL taxonomy when searching. It doesnt' always pull up what I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva helps us efficiently build our 10-Q and 10-K reports and allows us to easily roll forward the report each period along with any links, XBRL tags, etc.

How easy it is to link numbers to ensure consistent results across the filings.

Sometimes the speed can be slow during quarter/yearend periods when a lot of information is being added to the filing.
