Overall great
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive in how to use. Makes collaborration a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no items that come to mind insofar as to what I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our reporting functions issues, and it is making data easy to access and generate reports.
Workiva is a application is a great tool to centralize Audit Processes
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is an application that has helped our team centralize data and reporting. It's user-friendly for Auditors and Control Owners. With Workiva our team has been able to collaborate more efficiently and streamline our process and controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Workiva application is constantly being updated. It's hard to keep up with the new features. There needs to be a monthly newsletter or something that will provide the businesses with the new features of the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva is helping us solve streamlining our documentation and improving our relationship with external auditors and controls owners. It has allowed our team to have one platform for all control owners, external auditors, and internal auditors to have access to.

It'sallowed me to grow my personal tech skills as well as automate our data/reporting processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little quirks to get used to, nothhing major!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us have one "source of truth" data location as well as work collaborativley as FP&A with our business areas to automate our data and use one source of data for all of our reporting needs.

Hurdles dealing with IT resources wish it was more seamless

Not dislike but would be good to have a better certification process with respect to negative confirmations reminders.

I like how easy it is to use the platform and share data between teams. It is easy to create templates for recurring use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain actions such as saving default copy/paste options do not save and you repeatly have to reset your default preferences

The ease of using, and the accessible support (ie. community help, your dedicated workiva expertise etc)

Very new to workiva, therefore no comment on this.

eliminate manual process and increase efficiency multi fold!

There is a learning curve with Workiva but it will take time to learn the system

Workiva allows for better colloboration and efficiency

I like the linking because it decreases risk of inaccuracies and saves time with updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workiva runs slow sometimes and can seem a tad clunky because of that. There are also some features I would like to see added - such as being able to access a mark-up document by simply clicking on the mark-up document tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva makes updating 10-Qs and 10-Ks simplier and faster, plus makes the tie-out process more streamlined.
Workiva is a great platform.

Workiva has made the Financial Reporting Process much easier .

I can't think of any downsides at the moment.

Workiva is solving the complexity of SEC Reporting.
