Workiva makes collaboration seamless
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration, linking, side by side comparisons of files, permissions/security and a single source of truth. I love working side by side with people all over the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Process files and some of the features to create process files feels clunky at times when it comes to file management. And Creating a file from the left side of a screen routes to the root folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data integration from outside applications Allowing inforamtion to be automatically updated across multiple files once data changes in a source location. I love having the confidence that the single source of truth is available and easy to track down. I also love managing permissions and resticting information both to make it easier for contributors and giving our auditors the confidence that information will not get into the wrong hands.

What do you like best about the product?
Frees up time for myself and my team to do more value-add work, rather than getting bogged down in details
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A - We have yet to encounter any area of Workiva that does not meet or exceed expectations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time from having to manually update financial statements and monthly executive reports - all numbers are synced/automatically updated based on one master data sheet

there are not as many designing options in workiva.

Active directory integration seems to be an opportunity.

Completeness and consistency of data from testing through to reporting.
Great ESG solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva platform is a great way for me and my team to consolidate data in a easy way. It allows for cross department collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve that is hard for some people. This could be through skill but often time it is unwillingness to change. I wish the problem was built out a bit more like other programs to help others want to adapt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross department collaborating. It is making it easy for multiple areas to come together and solve reporting issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Linking the dates feature as opposed to manually updating each date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of hot keys. I would like to be able to use my mouse less.

Less manual spreadsheets and reduce human error
Workiva is the bomb!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that our whole team can work seamlessly within workiva.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be sort of "laggy" when switching between the FS face and the worksheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva is cleaning up our email inboxes and drive with different versions with different comments to address. We love it, it makes the team so much more productive!
Workiva Simplifies
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is user friendly and has simple yet elegant solutions. It simplifies our reporting process and creates efficiencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workiva can sometimes get bogged down when working in the platform for too long. Simple things like comments and formatting stop working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ESG solution helps us track all stakeholders and data providers for our annual, voluntary, sustainability report. Workiva also streamlines our 10-Q/K filing process and allows for easy, consistent updates throughout the document, when needed.

Collaboration, Reduction of Risk, Cloud based system. Integration
What do you dislike about the product?
So far have not seen any downsides. Have been using the system since 1 year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Co-ordinating between different teams. Reducing the need to liase using emails. Replacing manual processes like using Word and Excel. Tailored custom reporting. Clients are interacting directly with teams reducing turnaround times.
