Good work experience
What do you like best about the product?
The software's available are at ease of use and good customer support at all times. Good supportive management in every decision we make. The number of features in the software are absolutely stunning and are at ease of implementation and ease of integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Employee benefits should be little more interesting..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to analyse the data with very user friendly tools. More reports can be generated at very short span with more complex data.
Workiva helped me with the data I wanted
What do you like best about the product?
I recently came across this website when I was looking for some industry benchmark and surprisingly, I got a few relevant sources on workiva only. Hence, would recommend to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to mention here since I found what I wanted on this website.

It helped me in procuring best in class budget.
Great tool for financial reporting and audit
What do you like best about the product?
Its quite easy to use and has great customer support. We did mot face any challenges integrating various tools with it, because of plug-and-play integration capabilities

It took some significant time and effort to implement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has eased our budgeting and forecasting efforts in our org. The work that took almost 3 weeks has reduced to 1 week.
A saviour & gane changer for financial reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it enables centralisation of processes and also can have Team members in one place for collaboration, helps simplify reporting etc. The internal audit management & management reporting is good to have.

Nothing much as of now. Will update the review once I get something to talk about

Workiva is making financial related problems in a company vanish with its centralized system to smoothly carry out every sort of assessments, audits and reports. Helps bring clarity among top management group.
Efficient Connectivity
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about Workiva to me is that it supports an environment whereby an entire organization (and external parties) can seamlessly take advantage of work streams that enable optimum document management in one secure environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside about Workiva is that users have to continually learn as the software adapts to changes in the business and regulatory environment.

It facilitates quick and easy management of our SOX working papers.
Informative and great networking
What do you like best about the product?
Single source, collaborative, easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. Downside is the heavy lifting needed to implement new platforms, but this is necessary.

What do you dislike about the product?
*Once we have sent documents for review via Workiva, if the reviewer leaves a comment and we respond in the live document, the email generated to the reviewer includes a link to the live document which he or she may not have access to.

System performance when using spreadsheets, missing basic spreadsheed functionality such as find and replace all

It's great for collaboration, we are able to all work on the same document, review and add notes at the same time.
Workiva creates efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Using WDesk for our SEC filings has saved many hours and eliminated the use of a third party printer. There is no more waiting on drafts from the printer or waiting for edits to be made. It has made our process entirely more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find anything that I dislike about using Wdesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest problem that Workiva has solved for us it eliminating wait time; changes, draft, etc. are all done with the click of a button. We have shortened process by a least a week and we were already filing before the deadline.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the the functionality and that Workiva pays attention to the needs from they clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say time for adding new features

They are adding new features that have been talked about in the community and other accountants
