Transforming Our Document Management Approach
What do you like best about the product?
I have significantly enhanced my ability to collaborate in real-time during the creation of documents, allowing for simultaneous work, which considerably expedites the process. Another aspect that I appreciate greatly is the extensive range of predefined templates. I like how it seamlessly integrates with other tools and platforms, including Microsoft Excel, thereby facilitating the smooth import and export of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they made the user interface a little more intuitive, it took some getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva has granted us the capability to estimate financial reports with precision, guaranteeing meticulous tracking of all data. This has significantly streamlined the audit process, making it simpler and more efficient. Moreover, it enables us to craft effective presentations in Excel. The tool has become indispensable for our Excel presentations, offering a clearer understanding and enhancing the overall quality of our financial communications.
It's easy to manage audits, observations and the like, all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva's consolidated environment saves time, offert and money. It is also a good tool that provides ease of use with flexibility thanks to the regular updates provided to the tool. It's really easy to use. Customer service responds very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is the time tracking module as it is very clunky. And I kind of dislike the functionality related to issue management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can change the layout and how things are nested. It's easy to understand and I can use it all the time. He also assists in the review and maintenance of the working documents of our audit projects. And gives me the ability to get reports on recurring issues/track risk patterns.
Financial control for your company.
What do you like best about the product?
The reports and analysis are very complete, they are modeled to what you need at that moment, the program responds very well, the financial reports at all times are accurate, all data are handled optimally, and the interface allows you to work without new features, the fact that it is hosted in the cloud makes it very light and easy to implement in any system. From the beginning, we have an affordable price that any company can hire.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support team is a bit slow with the answers they provide, it does not integrate well with Excel for example in the graphics area, there can also be errors when importing files. The templates are good, but I would like to have more updates, the ones I currently have are not that modern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Workiva we estimate our financial reports, the tool is very accurate to keep track of all the numbers and data coming into the company, audits with the software are simpler which allows us to save time and work. It is also useful with spreadsheets, the presentations are excellent and everything can be presented in Excel for a better understanding of senior management.

Workiva has never failed the organization in providing timely reports on financial management and data leverages. It provides financial plans that can be used by teams to achieve set objectives with ease. It is flexible and the customer support team never fails us.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the most effective single system with financial truth and data monitoring capabilities in the enterprise. It is easy to setup and integrate with financial data applications. It has empowered my colleagues with modern financial management knowledge and innovation skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is smart tool with powerful capabilities and I totally recommend it. No downtimes from the period I have been working with it.

It enhances comprehensive forecating and budgeting across the enterpise. This is standard tool that I have great trust in planning for company projects. It has maintained excellent use of resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Workiva has the capacity to collect data from ongoing projects across the organization. It provides expenditure assessment that can be invested to accomplish given task. The platform has reliable data sources that have enhanced efficient ROI and continuous growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not discovered any form of negativity from the performance of this software.

It has enhanced transparent auditing reports since we deployed it. Workiva has fixed automation system that rectifies most manual errors that arise from workflow infrastructure. This is the most reliable application that has streamline financial operations in the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Knowledge, inovative, always improving and moving forward, exceptional customer support, easy to use, features, easy to use..
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about Workiva, I don't have one thing that would bother me about them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making our teams lives so much more enjoyable, ever since we started using them I have been able to spend more time with my family rather than working through different repporting systems and proccesses at nights and weekend.
Combines all aspects of financial reporting
What do you like best about the product?
As one who manages software development teams, my experience with Workiva--and of note their WDESK platform--has been mostly favorable. What's most remarkable is the way it combines all aspects of financial reporting in one. With this integration, the preparation and compilation of complicated reports normally requiring much manual intervention becomes a more convenient process. Moreover, Workiva's customer service is impressive; they are responsive and technical support is always available for the software. I also see constant improvements in the features of the platform, and this reflects their determination to improve users 'experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, there are some downsides. It is a huge time investment, and learning it and getting up and running efficiently can be a small wall to overcome at first. In addition, when several documents are being worked on at the same time performance was sometimes sluggish and this impacted workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva has been invaluable to us, simplifying our reporting process and saving a great deal of time. This efficiency has been especially helpful in handling and condensing large data volumes, often a part of our jobs. What's most apparent is the effect it has on collaboration across different teams. Everyone is singing from the same hymn sheet, and this is crucial for my position where I have to coordinate all different facets of software development.

What do you like best about the product?
Team are really engaging throughout the build out phase and have worked hard to ensure it really meets our specific demands.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool has been great to use and I can't findf any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is aggregating all of our risks into one core system and allowing us to bettwe manage our risk framework, our control framework and share in a meaningful way with our executives.

What do you like best about the product?
Super functional; overall very intuitive; good support
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a particularly fast product. There is a fair bit of downtime waiting for things to load. XBRL functionality is quite confusing at times

Truly do not how we would put our SEC reporting packages without Workiva. Orders of magnitude more efficient than the alternatvie
