Avanan Cloud Email Security helps to detect and prevent phishing and spam emails.This software prevents data loss.It's easy to install,deploy and get started with this software quickly.This software also prevents account takeover.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how its easy to install avanan, for me installation, configuration and deployment took a few minutes. I like also that it intergrates withnour o365 suute well . Lastly its able to prevent phishing emails that have even gone past our ATP and that provides us with the ultimate security Solution
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that a few times it has quarantined or flagged emails that are threat free and that has led tobus missing some important information and breakdown of communication. Though am still trying to do further configurations to address this, but still it works well for me

Our company has been a victim of multiple cyber attacks and ransomware demands that originated from emails. So we needed a good solution to monitor and protect us against phishing emails, data loss and spamming that may compromise our data and IT security that's how we need ip buying Avanan and it has delivered the necessary security and Protection against phishing emails.

There are various things that i like about the avanan cloud email security
First of all coming to it's main use that is email security, there are various types of threats available on internet today such as cyber attack, viruses, malwares, ransomwares and more and Avanan has helped us to achieve a complete security ovel all these threts and that's been keeping our organisation worry free from email security. Another good part is anti-phishing and more good thing about it is it provides reports on a certain time period over all the server at a place helping us to recognize possible threats if any.

Not much to dislike about the tool, everything is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As discussed above, Avanan Cloud Email Security has been great for our organisation since more than a year for now. It's been our security partner and i am sure it will be in future too. The best part is it's helping our it department to achieve new goal every time as they don't need to worry on security purposes related to emails and file sharing. It has helped us in saving budget over security services and has helped us in achieving our different goal prior time.

It has customizable features where you can cut down on spam and phishing attacks and also it is able support multiple email domains.
It is easy to use and the feature 'secure click' checks hyperlinks to ensure the sites are legit.

We just recently installed the application and have not experienced any major downside except that it can be at times overprotective and block out even emails that are legit but for the most part it has been quite a great tool and protected our emails and data from threats.

It can be quite overly protective at times and thus may block out some mails which are legit or those that you cant find the reason as to why they were blocked but otherwise the application works great and for the most part protected our mails from threats.

Improvement in productivity with the less attention in looking at threats as the application does it for us.

No major drawbacks so far except that the customer support could consider being more attentive and clear bugs more often and provide updates regularly otherwise everything else works perfectly.

Avanan truly meets all of our needs in just about every security aspect we've needed the Cloud Email Security program for. It's kept spam and malware out of our email chains and helped us keep important tasks ahead by prioritizing corporate emails and feeds that require the highest amount of attention first. We are incredibly grateful for the Avanan system.

Avanan helps us mitigate the amount of malware and potential viruses that could be extracted from spammy emails that may come our way. Avanan has also helped protect our data privacy by keeping our emails constantly secured and ensuring that no one can access the information found in previously sent and received emails which all play crucial components to our dealership's daily functions while keeping all customer data secured as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I learned of Avanan and then found out Check Point purchased and is using their back end. This product is absolutely the best in the market and is partner friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have is that I have to purchase through Synnex or other resellers instead of direct. Service and Support have been excellent when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a crucial shield in front of our staff when it comes to protecting them from modern-day phishing attacks and BEC attacks. I would feel less safe without this in our environment today.
