What do you like best about the product?
The best things about Avanan Cloud Email security is how well it integrates with our current email setup and defends against malware and phishing scams. it watches out emails and detects anything suspect using intelligent technology like AU. furthermore, we can easily manager out email security with the aid of the reports and an intuitive and interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Avanan cloud email security occasionally marks safe emails as threats due to an excessive number of false positive. sorting through this can be a ittke tedius and time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our inboxes are kept safe by Avanan Cloud Email Security, which blocks phishing, virus, and ransomware emails. This translates into better peace of mind knowing our information is safe and less time spent addressing threats. We are also able to maintain our email security thanks to the reports.

i like AI techknology of avanan email security the way that ai in this updated with new technique that are used by hackers to send frug mail and thsi AI understands it all and track and save us from that

this is not easy at first due to too many functions in it and a bit complex user interface i persionaly find this a corn

I like the Avanan's online protection which I think is the best feature due to several aspects like:

Threats are blocked they do any harm, Administrators can manage security more efficiently and that too without hampering the user experience.

the thing I dislike is the complexity of initial setup and the total cost of ownership in comparison to other email security solutions are comparatively high.

Avanan Cloud Email Security significantly reduces the risk of phishing attacks which is a major threat to any organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm glad I chose Avanan Cloud Email Security it's the best in the market. It works completely fine with G-suite and is also easy to setup. Their phishing solution has been doing wonders for us.

Pricing of Avanan Cloud Email Security is a bit on the higher side.

The best part is the User interface. It is very user friendly and ergonomically precise when comes to its usage.

As of now nothing major to discuss about the dislikes. Although the product needs to add more functional features in its next iterations.

It was blocking all the phishing and spam emails and generating alerts for the same. Thereby helping in mitigating and event into an incident.
My Experience with Avanan Cloud Email Security
What do you like best about the product?
According to me some of the best features of Avanan Cloud Email Security is the ease of use and how seemless the integration with SIEM is. Also given that it is cloud based, the frequency at which the signatures gets updated is extremely assuring in keeping majority of the phishing emails at bay. As per my discussions with IT team, even the implementation was quite easy as compared to other tools in that we used in the past. The customer support is also quite helpful and we get our issues resolved on pririty.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few improvement areas such as the sanboxing capability needs to improve to ensure that links and files which are mutated can be caught more efficiently

Decrease in the phishing and spam emails getting delivered to the end user

Liked the easy setup with different cloud based email services like gsuite, office 365.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there shall be free courses related to specialisation in email security allowing users to get skilled and use the product on later stages, same like MOOCs

Liked all the featues since it provides easy integration with various cloud based services and is offering DLP too
