Excellent user experience and team support!
What do you like best about the product?
From onboarding to implementation to regular platform use, the support from the Skilljar team is unmatched. They help provide valuable solutions and insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major dislikes. Wish there was more support around the customization of design when hosting content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skilljar has allowed us to gather and review valuable insights on our content that was unavailable through other platforms.
Set-up took longer than expected but it was absolutely worth it!
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent support rolling out the platform, particularly from Logan, our Customer Implementations Manager. It is also an excellent interface, very user-friendly, and we have received great responses from our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say. The only thing that took longer than expected was setting up our Single Sign-on and groupings for different user groups, which was essential for the rollout of our Academy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating modular training material that can be easily updated and created by the commercial team. Using SSO to connect users to the content relevant to their setup

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation process, it was very well structured.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was very complicated although it was communicated well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It decreases the time spent on training for my team.
Good and (hopefully) Heading Toward GREAT
What do you like best about the product?
Skilljar has a lot of good features that make managing your education experience easy, especially after the initial setup. We can easily manage our live and self-paced training offerings from a central place, track our learners progress, get data for our leadership team, and create a cute, branded experience for our customers to immerse themselves in.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of good features that are just missing some extra cherry-on-top functionality. My main gripes are currently slated to be potentially worked on, but I'll mention them regardless - lack of multi-day live events, navigation is wonky and hard to find certain settings, lack of easy customization for the web side of things and for the lessons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Education is paramount to customer success. Skilljar enables us to quickly and easily get customers into our learning experiences. It also helps us train our internal employees.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is really good, the platform is good but it has some limitations that can be compensated by using third party integrations. Their roadmap is good and I can see that they listen to their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics are a bit limited, and some tasks need a lot of manual work. The good thing. is that their technical team is open to feedback, and sometimes they can take over some of these tasks

Initially we were going to use it just for customer training, but it's so good and user friendly that we decided to use it for partner training and employee training
Well executes, easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly UI and monthly connections with the rep to clear any roadblocks faced.

The publishing of courses is a bit too tedious and involves many steps.

The problem of reporting has been made easy with in-depth insights from Skilljar.

This has been an integral part of our customer education offering and has enabled us to transform our programs for our clients.

The customization has a bit of a ways to go, and there could be more out of the box solutions in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall scale issues that we had prior to Skilljar have been successfully solved, and it has provided a much more intuitive experience for all of our clients.

The data analytics are amazing, they have so much data

If you do not have web dev abilities it is hard to make customizations without support

What do you like best about the product?
LMS is solid. They are super willing to share tools to enhance your customer's learning journey without having to pay for professional services unless you want to have them do the work for you. Support is incredible and IMO most important, you get GOOD and solid answers from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quizzes are OK but I would like to see more options. They've been improving analytics, which is good, since I can't afford the CMDB connector. I wish I knew about their role/scopes because the non-enterprise subscription doesn't have the role/scope permissions I'd like. That's been a little difficult for managing permissions for my other users. Then again, most of the work I do, so who cares right? There are a couple of ILT issues I've had where I'd like for a bit more flexibility, but that might just be because we handle training differently than others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivering training content to users - what an LMS does - and we really need to get more out to our customers. We only had a KB previously and it just wasn't enough. It has also been a very good ILT/VILT training platform. Frankly, it has gone beyond our expectations because now we have a single point of contact customers are using more and more. We just have to grow it!
A well organized and impactful software education platform
What do you like best about the product?
A centralized and powerful system that is very flexible and simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs a bit more polish on a few items but overall a fantastic LMS. These include grouping and sorting for analytics, both of which they are working on.

Ramping customers to be empowered users.
