What do you like best about the product?
- Granular analytics and reporting
- Intutive user friendly interface
-Great customer support and ongoing support for any hiccups

I truly felt I got a highly personalised experience
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a while for me to understand how best to use the platform but once understood it was generally user-friendly. I feel that it just takes time to understand but once you are you are flying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proving the overall value of data and how it can be used to educate.

Skilljar acts as a centralised hub and prevents access of fragmented systems which is very useful for someone who has an extensive tech stack.

What do you like best about the product?
Skilljar provides a robust, intuitive platform that makes it incredibly easy to build, manage, and scale customer education programs. The interface is clean and user-friendly for both administrators and learners. I particularly appreciate the deep integration capabilities with CRMs (like Salesforce), SSO, and analytics tools, which makes tracking learner progress and linking it to business outcomes seamless. The ability to design customized learning paths, issue certifications, and use SCORM-compliant content without needing technical expertise is a major plus. Their customer support and onboarding teams are also exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is powerful, some reporting functionalities feel limited without advanced configuration or external data tools. For instance, creating detailed custom reports requires exports and third-party tools, which could be streamlined within the native dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Skilljar to onboard, train, and certify our customers at scale, reducing the manual burden on our Customer Success team. The platform has significantly improved our time-to-value for new customers, while also allowing us to maintain consistent education quality. With Skilljar, I have also been able to introduce on-demand enablement programs that support self-service and reduce support ticket volume.

What do you like best about the product?
comprehensive learning tools in order to enhance the customer knowledges and experience with a user-friendly platform , simple and it helps the customer as well to stay focused and updated on the latest trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
some needs are not fully addressed in case there are delays in updating content, and it will impact his experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By providing ongoing education, Skilljar helps maintain customer engagement and fosters loyalty. Regular training opportunities can improve customer satisfaction and decrease churn rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Gainsight's Customer Education is practical, clear, and directly applicable to my day-to-day work as a data analyst in a cybersecurity company. I especially appreciate the structured, easy-to-follow content and the real-world examples that help me get the most out of the platform's features, such as dashboards, reports, and data exploration. The self-paced modules and thorough documentation make it easy to learn and apply new capabilities efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a data analyst in a cybersecurity company, I actively use Gainsight for extracting insights, building reports, and working with dashboards. While I find the Customer Education resources helpful overall, I feel that some of the training materials are too basic for advanced users. I would appreciate more in-depth content, especially around complex reporting, data exploration, and best practices for leveraging dashboards at scale. More technical, real-life examples and hands-on exercises tailored for experienced users would make the learning experience even more valuable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Things can be a little automated and none human, the integration and initial finding your way around would of been easier with some onboarding or help/ customer support.

Handy tool for learning

What do you like best about the product?
(So I guess Im using it for the Quantic business school )
I like the quick loading, almost errorless functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
For multiple answer questions there should be a more distinctive layout, because sometimes it is confusing, if
- we see already all the possible answers, or after accepting the first good good answer further answers will pop up - the layouts and logic of the questions cause some fails.

- for the Coursera app I can download the whole module before learning - here it is really uncertain where and how the data is downloaded - internet is a very bold term, the user needs to know if its wifi, mobilnet, and how much data will be downloaded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, not sure really about the product itself, the letter I received wasnt informative enough:
I might have seen the name of G2 when I downloaded, but majority of students
arent interested in the software of the app they are using.

I even got a suspicion that this letter is a task to test my digital marketing skills -
because Quantic is nowhere mentioned in this letter, it is only the typography and the
charateristics of this site that I connected it with Quantic app -

What do you like best about the product?
UX/UI Design that is user-friendly and enjoyable to use. I think depending on the organizations needs, it something I would definitely recommend. Sometimes I felt like the server could respond faster but this could have been my internet as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending again on the needs, I think it create value for me and my team but I have to assess up to what extend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to communicate inquiries with my clients, which is a game changer in negotiation.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and makes it simple to create and organize learning content. It’s great for tracking customer progress and engagement, which helps us improve our training materials. I also like how well it connects with other Gainsight tools, making it easier to manage customer success efforts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting everything up takes some time, especially if you're new to customer education. Some reports could be more customizable, and occasional updates change the layout, which takes some getting used to. That said, their support team is helpful when issues come up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us train customers without having to do the same walkthroughs over and over. Customers can learn at their own pace, which makes adoption smoother and reduces support questions. The tracking tools also show us where people might be getting stuck, so we can improve our content. Overall, it makes customer education way more efficient and helps users get the most out of our product.

What do you like best about the product?
The combination of the things you could do with. It helped me to learn new skills, software tools i didnt know how to use, and the most important it helped me a lot with customer satisfaction. I had an increase of the attrition of the clients around 50% and my manager was very happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, its very complicated to understand it but if you do some trainings you can quite understand it. I am not a technical person so it took my some time but now i love using it.

Gainsight Customer Education helps users understand and use Gainsight’s platform effectively, solving problems like confusion, inefficient onboarding, and lack of product knowledge. This benefits users by reducing frustration, improving productivity, and enabling them to get the most value from the software, ultimately leading to better customer success outcomes.
