What do you like best about the product?
As an independent security researcher, I came across a minor issue while reviewing the relianoid.com platform.

I was impressed by how quickly their team responded — the issue was acknowledged and resolved within just 30 minutes. That level of responsiveness reflects a strong security culture and commitment to protecting users.

Their Network Load Balancer is robust and efficient, and it’s clear that the team actively maintains and monitors their infrastructure. From both a performance and a security standpoint, Relianoid stands out in a crowded space.

I’d recommend Relianoid to any organization looking for a secure, responsive, and high-performance load balancing solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. I found the team very fast and engaging. Having worked in cybersecurity for 7 years, I can say that very few companies respond and act this quickly. Truly impressive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relianoid provides a high-performance, secure, and scalable network load balancing solution — something that’s critical for modern web applications. From a security research perspective, it’s clear they’ve built their platform with stability and protection in mind. Their quick response to a reported issue shows they take threats seriously and are committed to maintaining uptime and trust for their customers. This benefits users by ensuring that the infrastructure they rely on remains fast, secure, and resilient against potential disruptions.

What do you like best about the product?
The first thing I want to talk about is that there is a great guideline document that the company sends to you and you can easily deploy it in your infrastructure

Key Features of RELIANMOID:

• User-Friendly Interface: Relianoid offers a user-friendly web interface, easy to configure and control load balancing activities. Users have appreciated the ease of use, stating that it minimizes setup and integration time.

• Sophisticated Load Balancing Algorithms: The product provides a number of algorithms, such as round-robin and least connections, to effectively distribute traffic among servers. This results in optimal utilization of resources and enhanced application performance.

• Security Enhancements: Relianoid includes SSL/TLS offloading, Web Application Firewall (WAF), DDoS protection, and real-time DNS blacklists support. These collectively enhance the security of services and applications.

• High Availability and Failover Support: For avoiding single points of failure, Relianoid has support for high availability configurations and failover. This makes the service always available even in case of server failures.

• Scalability: The product is built to scale to increasing traffic needs, enabling businesses to scale instances or resources as needed without affecting performance.

• Complete Monitoring: Comprehensive health checking and alerting functionality is offered by
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, they did not say about the hardware you need in order to use load balancing but it will handle any sort of hardware and virtualization such as ESXI or Hyper-v.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main feature that is highlighted the most is the different methods of load balancing you can provide and the load balancing method for your infrastructure. I will explain each of them and give some information about the features this product provides for your platform.
LSLB (Local Server Load Balancing)
If you run a company that has only a single data center, it would definitely fit your company. It gives you functionality which means it will distribute incoming traffic among multiple backend servers in the same location also it helps your company to be available at any time and ensure high availability and performance within a data center.
In this way despite of which method you use, you have to create farms in the first step, just simply click on the farm's tab and create your own pool of servers in order to use the load balancing feature also put your SSL certificates or create new certificates for establishing a secure connection between the load balancer and servers also setting up IPDS for the safety of your servers is a crucial thing that has to be configured. In the IPDS section, you can easily block geolocations and country IP lists you can just need to drag the country you want to block and drop it into the blacklist section, how cool is that !!
GSLB (Global Server Load Balancing)
This is another cool feature for load balancing. If you have multiple Data centers and need to Distribute traffic across multiple geographically dispersed data centers this method is ready to fulfill your needs. This way of load-balancing method could route users to the closest or most available data center based on factors like latency, health checks, or geographic proximity. Another thing about this method is to ensure global availability, disaster recovery, and optimal performance for worldwide users. For instance, you can use it as a DNS-based Load balancer for your service told you can just simply create a Farm and all the services you need
When you configure GSLB for the infrastructure, it has great monitoring that provides information about servers, backend, client requests, etc.

DSLB (Datalink Server Load Balancing)
DSLB is a load balancing technique that is applied at the data link layer (Layer 2 of the OSI model). In contrast to traditional load balancing that is done at the transport (Layer 4) or application (Layer 7) layers, DSLB is designed to load-balance network traffic based on MAC addresses rather than IP addresses or application-level requests.

Key Features of DSLB:
Layer 2-Based Load Balancing:
Works in the data link layer, and thus it forward traffic by using MAC addresses rather than IP addresses.

No IP-level routing required, and therefore can be beneficial in specific network topologies.Relianoid is a load-balancing solution that is open-source and specializes in providing security, scalability, and resilience to services for optimum user experience. It is available in Community and Enterprise editions to suit different organizational requirements.
