Intuitive Tool for Thoughtful, Scaled Outreach

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and options to bring in lead lists and continually adding to them. Super easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting can be a bit more granular and insights or recommendations on messaging or campaigns that are working well would be a big help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're heavily focused on lead generation and brand awareness. Buzz allows our small team to feel like 3-5x the size, based on how much we can scale our outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
Isaac McEwen is a great Account Success Manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Great features, we just need to figure out how to ramp up outgoing comms. I know its not Buzz's issue. I will say, if you can recreate Mailchimp so our newsletter for 50k members don't have to go through our email service which is throttled, that would be great.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to automate and streamline LinkedIn campaigns has made my job easier from both a sales and marketing perspective. In addition to leads/introductions, I've used Buzz to expand my network and grow my company's LinkedIn following.

In the rare occasion that I do need support, the team immediately gets back to me and always resolves my question.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything that I don't like about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team is able to automate LinkedIn campaigns seamlessly.

Amazing Tool for Sales Outreach over LinkedIn

What do you like best about the product?
I'm impressed with the depth of tools and features Buzz offers for their basic and growth plans. I'm able to easily connect my LinkedIn profile to effortlessly build out campaigns to different personas I'm looking to target. The majority of the time I use the search results form my Sales Navigator, but sometimes I use their native data base to pull prospects as well. Sales Nav is much better in my opinion, but if you need to save money and forgo Sales Nav, then using their prospecting tool will give you plenty of great prospects to hunt.
Furthermore, the UI is top notch. I love how easy they make it to create and build out custom journeys for LI outreach. Think, send connection msg, if connected, view page, like page and then send msg number 1 after connection in 3 days. The possibilities are endless.
The universal inbox is also a great feature where I can easily manage all of my positive, neutral and negative replies.
Lastly, the customer service is amazing! They're always ready and willing to help with any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I don't have a lot that I dislike. If anything, the system can be a bit glitchy at times. For example, when go into a campaign to edit the copy and let's say replace the existing templates with new ones, it doesn't always save, even though I've clicked "save". Here and there, I've had to go back into edit mode to load up the new templates several times before it actually saves. Other than that, I love everything about it.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly, impactful, and has helped me generate valauble leads! It is easy to implement, I enjoy my 1:1 customer service meetings to help engage with the platform better, and it has been a game changer when it comes to generating new leads!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have 0 downsides as of now regarding Buzz.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buzz is helping me with cold outreach and lead genration in an automated way.

What do you like best about the product?
It has every feature we have ever needed to manage LinkedIn campaigns. Our overseas team can log into LinkedIn accounts without triggering any security issues. Theres AI capabilites that make segmenting audiences and responses a BREEZE. Theres a feature to add custom responses, so bye-bye manual google doc scripts. You can make a video looking at a LinkedIn account, and clicking/scrolling.. then anyone you send that video to, THEIR LinkedIn account is showing in the video... unreal.

Isaac is easily the best success rep Ive ever worked with!
Gareth is easily the coolest/most friendly VP Ive ever talked with!
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres a 20 minute delay in sending messages through the app. If you message someone at 12pm - they wont get the message until 12:20 :(

All the benefits easily out-weigh this, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated LinkedIn outreach to Sales Nav lists and groups.

Its benefiting us because we can automated messages to peoples LinkedIn connections, create new ones, AND prosepct inside of groups (so if you have, like, 100 connections - just prospect in a group!)

What do you like best about the product?
Quick implementation and ease of integration, easy to use, excellent hands-on account manager with solid strategy advice who is committed to our success, and Buzz is delivering monthly meetings with leads as promised which is resulting in sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI bot is still learning, so not as perfect as a human yet when labeling/categorizing leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buzz is solving our need to continually run and track sales campaigns to engage existing leads and develop new leads. We're benefiting by having an organized strategy and communications approach, tracking campaigns and methods that are working, and building our leads and converting to sales.
