What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to learn and understand. Also, the customer service is top notch. I have campaigns working every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a negative, as of yet but will keep looking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT has made connecting to people on Linked in very easy. I used to have to do it manually. It is also running some email campaigns for me.

What do you like best about the product?
The service team is very helpful and the tool is really robust. The ability to find information and use it for my business is super easy.

There are no issues with Buzz that come to mind at this time.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation for outreach and integration with hubspot. Creating campaigns it's very easy, implementation takes minutes, and you don't need to go back to it much once it's set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having billing email separate from account email. Really silly though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out and interacting on LinkedIn on my behalf.

Buzz AI: A Game-Changer -I’m Hooked

What do you like best about the product?
Automation & single pane of glass! I can now effectively prospect 135 global entities very efficiently through multiple prospecting methods- LinkedIn & email. I have been able to find many new valuable contacts and build efficient lists that I will be adding to my process through email campaigns as well as social media campaigns. Buzz makes it very easy in the “prospecting tab” to look for the right contacts and verify them on Linkedin and make them part of the outreach process. Buzz is extremely simple to use, I was up and running in 30 minutes and allows you to work in a single pane of glass for the most part. The service has been incredible, Isaac McEwen has been amazing to work with, he’s extremely responsive and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found nothing that I do not like at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buzz allows me to efectivley and efficiently go after 135 global prospects which have multiple teams and many contacts within their orgs that can use my product. I can set up different messaging and prospecting methods for industries or personas. The tool is simple to use and I was set up in 30 min and started building campaigns. It also allows me to produce very specific prospect lists for my campaigns. The prospect tab is very valuable.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of it all. It is as much set it and forget as you can get, with daily emails and connections going out! It is very easy to implement and integrate with HubSpot, even for the smart campaigns. Customer support shows up in minutes which is VERY nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using URL links and want to refresh it can be a little clunky. Surpassed this by importining my lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving by reaching out to prospective leads. Sends all messages out without a hitch.

What do you like best about the product?
I had a great experience talking to Sam! She was very helpful and patient with me, even though I'm not great with technology, and because of her help I was able to get Buzz going! Excited to continue using the platform
