Excellent full service and multi-channel outbound marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
1) Smooth and efficient customer onboarding with great customer service.
2) Excellent dashboard and campaign builder tools that let you learn at your own pace while taking advantage of Buzz's copywrighting and campaign building help.

What do you dislike about the product?
1) get ready for a ton of LinkedIn messages filling your LinkedIn inbox.
2) Campaign builder is powerful but missing some pro features that I would love to see built out.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm greatly increasing awareness of my company and brand through LinkedIn and email. I have found multiple high value customers through Buzz in less than 3 months since initial sign up.
Great Tool for SMBs & Simple Multi-Channel Outbound Campaigns !
What do you like best about the product?
The tool has a very neat and nice interface. Also when using it, from the beginning on its very well structured and also for starters of Sales Engagement Tools a great way to start into the world of automated outbound activity. You can set simple multi- campaigns in minutes and do all multi-channel response management within the interface, including the use of templates and prospect tags. Also integrating a CRM to keep all interactions in one place is simple via the API / Zapier.
All in all a great way to get started lead gen on autopilot!

What do you dislike about the product?
As the mission of the team is to provide a great and intuitive Sales Engagment Tool there are currently still a few small bugs within the platform, but via the chatbot and fast support team, they are being taken care of very quickly. Thus whatevery you need you will not be left alone and get quick support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can quickly set campaigns, pull the right ICP and target list into the tool and get started generating leads on autopilot. By having a very intuitive dashboard at hand basically everyone can get started and feel the power of automation! Lead management within the plattform is also straight forward and no prospect will be forgotten.

What do you like best about the product?
The LinkedIn features are robust and let you gather connections from events and meetings. Also, the ability to confirm emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I and the tech team weren't able to connect my Sengrid to the account, so I wasn't able to use the email features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was solving email confirmations, all of the features of Dripify, and more for LinkedIn marketing and email marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great product, that is new to market so there are some bugs. Best used with a G-Suite email.

What do you like best about the product?
The innovative, easy-to-use UI helps guide any level user to easily create and manage campaigns. Some features I enjoy the most are, the ability to add multiple sources of data (excel, LinkedIn, etc) and being able to throw prospects back into a campaign once they have replied.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a newer piece of software, there is some system downtime (mostly outside of business hours) while the team does upgrades, but this has not affected my team's work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Buzz, we are able to target the correct leads at any company the first time by sending personalized messages via email and LinkedIn, automatically with minimal time. This has improved our revenue significantly month over month.
