Effortless Campaign Creation and Outstanding Support

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create campaigns, how the lead generation strategy is actually working, and how everything I need is in one place! Also love the support my account manager, Eli Ushar, provided me. He showed me things in my account I didn't know were possible!
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot say much, honestly. I like pretty much everything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me connect with leads in large numbers, therefore increasing ROI. It's also helping to keep all my conversations organized.

Effortless LinkedIn Management with Outstanding Support

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and intuitive. Very helpful to have all LinkedIn communications centralised into a single inbox. Able to create detailed multi-branched campaigns. I used various other similar tools through clients, and there were various things you couldn't do in those, where I didn't find any similar limitations in Buzz.

The customer support from Buzz was great, with customer success managers happy to help and support with campaign setup and optimisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find any particular downsides. The main things was that I didn't make the most of all the features like emails and VM drops as I was focused on using it for LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkedIn outreach management.

What do you like best about the product?
The online support I received from Eugene was outstanding. He provided top-notch technical and content assistance throughout the year, we became friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Buzz helped me triple my connections on LinkedIn, but I was unable to translate those connections into viable leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buzz helped me connect with more LinkedIn contacts and also focused on the transitional "pain points" in people's careers.

What do you like best about the product?
Buzz has been a big help in growing my presence and marketing my community on LinkedIn.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been a bit of staff turnover that has led to some concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an active, daily effort to reach potential clients and Buzz is doing that for us. Huge thanks to Eli Usher, elias.ushar@buzz.ai for his expertise and helping to produce the results we want and need.

Easy-to-Use Cloud Platform with Excellent Support, Needs More White Label Options

What do you like best about the product?
Buzz is easy to use, the dashboard is amazing. Support is great. Really nothing bad about the software. I love that it is on the cloud instead of a software you need to download.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see some more white label options. App White label, google extension, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation on outreach for new clients. I don't have the time to send message after message. Especially because I travel often.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the support staff's insights on how to make the tool work even more efficiently. I have enjoyed the CRM functionality and found the contact information to be accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see a version of this roll out for branded LinkedIn pages.

It's saving me many hours of manual engagement work on LinkedIn.

Set a reminder for Your Auto Renew

What do you like best about the product?
After catching my own auto-renew, and complaining, and escalating to the Head of CS, and receiving an invoice even after asking repeatedly for a cancellation, they did finally cancel my licence and did not charge me for another year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Please remind your customers that their renewal is coming up and ensure they are happy with the software before forcing them to complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was helping me to expand my LI network and automate tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Buzz to be efficient and scalable for outreach, especially on LinkedIn, as it helps manage the complexity of engaging with numerous stakeholders. The dashboards are incredibly useful, offering insights into campaign performance and interactions, which drive curiosity and lead potential customers to our services. I also appreciate how well Buzz integrates with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, alongside our email system, creating a seamless workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find quite a lot of complexity in building campaigns and determining what works or doesn't. It requires a lot of experimentation and takes time to get results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Buzz to streamline outreach efforts, effectively connecting with prospects on LinkedIn. It simplifies managing complex stakeholder information, making the process more efficient and scalable with fewer resources.

Platform + Service + Communication = Results

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see the metrics in the various campaigns. Being able to assess how they are performing and make adjustments. My AE Pro Maria H is a great fit for this role. I am super busy, but she stays persistent and proactive. I feel like she wants us to win!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hubspot integration is problematic. That is a huge piece for us and without it we have a lot of manual work.

I think once you have the video courses up that will be helpful. I am a visual learner so engaging with video content is how I learn best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to take advantage of the limited amount of time I have to connect with leads on LinkedIn. We also have limited connection requests so we need to maximize them. Buzz helps us to find the right ICPs, test new potential ICPs, and get results fast. This is a way we can do R&D and business development at the same time. Our KPI is meetings.
