Very Useful
What do you like best about the product?
Allows our team to save time and operational costs through automation. The SSO feature is a godsend, and was really the feature that helped our team decide to adapt this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far it's been ideal, can't think of anything substancial that I did not like. Even the UI is easy and unique.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to reduce costs on multiple cloud resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Rather than spend time creating scripts and functions to start and stop our EC2 instances, we can open the ParkMyCloud application and set the schedule for the instance. Do the 14 day eval, you'll be a customer after that period.
Stretching the cloud dollar.
What do you like best about the product?
Parking cloud instances on a schedule or when not in use (outside of business hours).
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs the ability to exclude instances by tag or to exclude instances from the service (i.e. don't pay for always on instances).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can launch larger instances with better resources by utilizing the savings from not having them run all the time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have non-production instances in the cloud that are only used during business hours or for occasional testing/dev work you are wasting money if you don't use ParkMyCloud.
ParkMyCloud has saved us thousands of dollars over the last few years
What do you like best about the product?
We started using PMC when it was quite a new product. PMC has continued to evolve over the years into the comprehensive product it is today. It has done this seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface has always been a bit quirky but you get used to it quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving money. Particularly for our development and test environments.
Great solution to park my VM's
What do you like best about the product?
I have a small business in Brasil and ParkMyCloud give me not only savings but it also gives security to my VM.
What do you dislike about the product?
On my conditions, I have no one dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact of my VM's aren't stay running out of my business hours, it gives more security.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use and a great tool to all main cloud solutions. Great support to initial use and easy instructions. The evaluation time is an oppotunity to start to use and begin to enjoy the solution. In the Google Cloud is too easy to implement the tool. There are a lot of articles to help our teams to implement all solutions. Give it a try! It will worth it.

being able to have control server usage which in return we can save money in the long run.

I have not used this much to know the recommendation other than to save money when controlling usage of server when not in use.

What do you like best about the product?
That allows tracking of each resource consumption and scheduling the shutdown of instances.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, I couldn't identify anything that causes me dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Group the shutdown and startup of machines that are not in productive environments. The benefits have been that you can visualize when an instance consumes and have the costs nearby.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
- Having more granular times could be a recommendation.
Simple cost controls for remote workstations
What do you like best about the product?
I'm not wasting cash on workstations that are not in use and the interface is easy enough for non-programmers to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see 2-factor and security group easier to setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing workers who would not normally be able to navigate AWS turn their remote workstations on and off... and if they forget to turn off their machine for the night it does so for them.

Easy way to cut the cloud bill!
What do you like best about the product?
The set it and forget it type of software. So easy a non-tech users are able to enable machines on demand. It is quick and easy to spin up and shutdown machines during non peak times or usage. Out cloud environment isn't large but the costs were starting to show up on reports and people askign questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app could use some work - logs out every time I want to use it and not as easy to use as you like. I would love to see a mobile interface that allows for me on the road to be able to flip on and off machines without any more work then the touch of one button.
Scheduling doesn't account for Holidays. Wish I could set multiple scheduled for the same device with items like holidays being accounted for.
Also wish pricing could be more of a fixed fee for so many machines vs per machines. It does pay for itself but is hard to explain to non tech users how it moves from the right hand to the left hand; then some to the pocket.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem was high cloud bills and ParkMyCloud decreased it by a 1/3. It was shocking to see how much it was savings us month right from month ONE. The monthly savings pay for a year of service and is very easy for user to turn machines on and off on demand.
