What I like best about CleverTap is how it makes connecting with customers feel less like a guessing game and more like a smooth conversation. It’s super smart at understanding what users want, sending the right message at the right time, and helping businesses grow without all the hassle. Basically, it’s like having a marketing genius on your team who never sleeps
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, if I’m being real, CleverTap can be pretty overwhelming at the start — it’s like they just throw you into this massive, complicated pool without much of a lifeguard. There’s so much going on, so many features, and at first, you’re just fumbling around trying to figure out what’s what. I won’t lie, I definitely felt lost more than once, like wandering in a maze with no clue where the exit was. But once you spend some time with it, things start clicking, and it gets way easier to handle. Then it’s smooth sailing... well, mostly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap is solving our hassle of managing notifications by acting like a smart marketing manager who never takes a coffee break. Instead of juggling endless messages and guessing what works, it handles all the timing and targeting for us, making sure the right notifications reach the right people at the right moment. This means less stress, more focus, and marketing that actually gets results—without us having to micromanage every single ping. Talk about a lifesaver!
