Must have backup solution
What do you like best about the product?
Rewind backup is invaluable if you have an ecommerce site, accounting software, anything that you can sync to this amazing backup platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a cost per month, so that can be tricky for very small buinesses. Also the readout of changes, I wish it was some sort of versioning drop down instead of a big list. Both of these are minor
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many SaaS platforms such as ecommerce platoforms do not have a dedicated grandual backup. For example, if you mess up a product listing or someone deletes part of it, with rewind and a few clicks the product is restored.

Support works perfect. I had a lot of answers for all my questions. Everything was great!

Feature: Allow the administrator to define a backup of all Trello boards, even those he cannot see, by adding another account that has access.

Automatic backups and easy way to restore data.

What do you like best about the product?
I hit a few snags while taking over/transferring the account from a former co-worker. Customer support stepped in to help and got us where we needed to be after only a couple of emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have no complaints about Rewind.

What do you like best about the product?
The first thing you notice about Rewind GitHub Backup is its clean, intuitive interface. The software is designed with developers in mind, making it easy to navigate through various backup options without a steep learning curve. The setup process is straightforward, guiding you through linking your GitHub account and selecting repositories for backup.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some small issues when implementing SSO BUT, Rewind Customer Service was prompt immediately to resolve the issue!

Great value for the service
What do you like best about the product?
Rewind gives us peace of mind for an affordable price. Knowing that if something goes wrong with our platform we can use the Rewind backups to restore easily restore it allows us to operate our business more confidently.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far my only feedback was that I found it difficult to locate my billing invoices or update my billing contact information, however, I got in touch with support and they assisted me right away. I would recommend to rewind that they make it more user accessible to access these details without needing to contact support.

Very simple "set and forget" backups for Gihub
What do you like best about the product?
Rarely has onboarding for a backup product been so simple. Easily links to your Github organisation, identifies your repositories and then that's it, it just runs in the background and hopefully that's all the interaction you will ever need with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently struggling a little bit obtaining invoices for my finance team, however, I am sure this is something they will be able to sort for me.

Provides peace of mind over risks of catastrophic loss of Github repositories.

A product I can recommend - Service I trust
What do you like best about the product?
Rewind solves our repository backup problem, and solves it well. Easily restore or export to a point in time from a trusted company. Their support is superb. Fast to respond and followed a difficult sitution to completion. Will recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the cheapest solution, but the result is you can restore in less than 5 minutes. Too bad I cannot bold the 5!

Great Technical Support
What do you like best about the product?
Rewind is a fantastic way of mitigating against loss of data for your Trello boards. Technical support was supberb! Federica was assigned to my case and followed up intently to ensure the problem was resolved on time, even setting up a virtual meet to troubleshoot and pinpoint the issue.
She possessed high technical accumen, good understanding of what the problem was, and had a drive to expeditiously resolve the issue. More companies can benefit from this high quality of technical support.

It would be good to see a button for See my boards (Trello) in the Rewind landing page.

Mitigation against loss of data on Trello boards due to errors in moving data on the board, protection against cyber security threats.
