What do you like best about the product?
MuleSoft has proven to be an invaluable tool for our organization's integration needs. The Anypoint Platform's versatility in connecting disparate systems has significantly streamlined our workflows. Its scalability is commendable, adapting well to the growing demands of our business. The user-friendly interface makes integration accessible, though initial learning may pose a challenge. Clear documentation has been helpful, but ongoing support could be more responsive. Pricing complexity aside, MuleSoft remains a robust solution, empowering us to achieve seamless data flow and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Easy to learn Integration Platform
What do you like best about the product?
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is an easy-to-learn Integration Platform where managing the whole API lifecycle can be done from a single platform. You can design your APIs using RAML which is very easy to understand and then you can develop APIs using Anypoint Studio and perform testing. Applying policies to multiple APIs is also very easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Earlier we were able to create flows in Platform using Flow Designer rather than developing in Studio. That functionality is now removed. Although API Builder is now available but it is a bit difficult to learn as it works on XML rather than UI for dragging connectors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the life cycle of multiple APIs in one place is now easier by using Mulesoft

Its very easy and very reliable to do integration for clients requires tools easy to do ETL process

I don't have dislikes for anypoint platform

It's tricky to integrate local developed software tool not sure why

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the MuleSoft Anypoint platform. It is effortless to implement the flow that you will use to deploy & manage your application. In case of any issue, their customer support service is also outstanding. It provides numerous features but I liked the way it integrates with the third party apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are using it for various purposes like deploying & different configuration of our web services But we haven't faced any issues till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to integrate to different system & managing our web services.
Great integration tool
What do you like best about the product?
A Powerful tool to build API to integrate my systems. The API language is not so easy to learn but when you learn about it you can build almost every system interface they provide you the runtime plane to deploy it and monitor it. You can build reusable components and also they provide you with some built-in connectors that you can use in your application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is high. You have to learn about RAML and then how to build applications on the Anypoint Studio. It's a complex tool not easy to use. So for simple integration task maybe is not the tool recommended
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could unify my legacy systems providing different interfaces that are easily built into the Anypoint Platform. They provide me with cloud integration, monitoring and data analytics, security tools, scalability, and flexibility

MuleSoft Anypoint Platform's ability to provide designers and developers with pre-built connectors and tools to create custom connectors is another advantage. Additionally, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform can be easily extended and integrated with the most popular CI/CD2 DevOps systems. The product has good security features, including user and group management and policy management.

It does not provide the API level information that modern users need.
Version control issues prevent users from rolling back to previous versions
Cost is high for some customers.
To use it correctly, one must be smart and handle hard work.
Not compatible with some older devices and web SOAP is one of the connectivity limitations. There are some issues with security and performance when dealing with complex integrations or large files.

Its plateform service for scaling up your business API on cloud whih will integrate with any end systems easily with predefined connectors,

Its micorservised API architecture solution, So if your business is small in nature and not require any public acess scability then will not help much in that case.

Migrating complex microservces SOA AAPI to mulesoft very easily without any security risk , versy easy to scale up without any business cost impact.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Mulesoft Anypoint paltform is at one place we can get everything which is used for Rest api ,like API Management, Server Management Application Management, secure file management everything.
Through this we can get almost all types of connectors in Exchange which we can use and do the implemenation easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have almost worked 5-6 years on Anypoint Platform for integartion and didnot find dislike related to implemenation and customer support , One thing i can say just Cost is little much high .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Mulesoft Anypoint platform for integrating salesforce , Database and migrating lagacy system to cloud base.

It's a platform that brings enterprise scale integration capability that is fast to adopt. The pre-built connector library provides a vast array of options to connect to systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little time to build initial assets that can then be re-used. Expect that first integrations take slightly longer and that development timeframes reduce with more assets developed as they can be reused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to reusabity it brings scale fast. By sharing similar payloads across multiple systems we have seen significant cost reductions for customers compared to other platforms.
