Great Tool for dealing with API's

Excellent solution for visual development
What do you like best about the product?
Best part of Anypoint studio is visual development. Simple drag and drop makes developer's life very very easy. Speaking from my personal experience it speeds up work efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
It hangs sometimes, need enough space to run it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it for web service endpoint development, just few drag and drops and little configuration and done. It so easy and simple.

Recommendations to others, consider this awesome platform as an alternate solution. very fast easy improves performance.

It is very fast to create programs once you know how to manage the connectors

It is quite difficult to understand how to configure the connectors

I'm using Mule to compare with Spring and Apache Camel in my research group in Brazil
Well Integrated product with surprising support
What do you like best about the product?
Coming from an eclipse-java background it was a very natural transition. With a lot of focus on the user experience they made a great product for almost anyone. The best part is really I can get non-programmers up to speed very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since my development platform has always been linux I was very excited to see the eclipse support. Unfortunately I had a lot of problems getting the plugins to properly work with my version of eclipse. I attempted the Anypoint platform linux download and while it worked better there were some oddities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Changing our point-to-point application layout to more of a ESB. This lets us update features and products on 1 node without having to completely retest every other application.

Constant evolution is both a boon and a bane.

Integration at its best with Mulesoft
What do you like best about the product?
Easy flow based drag and drop features that require little or no configuration at all,Easy transformations of payload to any other type or data format required. Make API,consume API, Rest, SOAP, everything is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The error log is too big for a noob to find the actual main culprit of the error. I understand that the stack trace is necessary, but giving a small error on the console, and the stack trace on another would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to help a bank sort out its services for its customers and make its service management faster. The benefits of anypoint studio are far beyond what i can explain. But still, some of them are the good GUI and drap-drop facility.

Its very easy to implement and light weight.We have all the connectors inbuilt like NetSuite,sales-force,AWS,sap etc. Cloudhub make it easy for deployment

Batch process must have more options to handle exceptions

AM working on SASS application integration and it reduces cost of legacy integration tools like TIBCO.fast and reliable
My experience with Mule ESB
What do you like best about the product?
As an Integration specialist, I've worked on diverse opensource as well as Enterprise ESBs, The reason why i still working on mule is it's consistency in emerging as world class software by incorporating all the features that any tool requires in integration layer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I always wanted to explore to the end, but enterprise edition features and B2B functionalities are unavailable to everyone atleast for some trail period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to integrate UI, Backend(DB, FTP, S3), BPM systems using Mule. And the features i like most are Reliability Patterns and API Gateway,
Recommendations to others considering the product:
An Architect who is trying to find a solution using Anypoint Studio, should thoroughly verify it's features and gain adequate knowledge, because MuleESB has everything we need for integration.

Easy to learn and easy to use. In less than a month i deployed my first flow.

sometimes it's difficult find documentation due a lot of java and mule versions

we use mule for connect external service with our ecommerce websites. We resolve all communication problems.
